I usually love this place & the girls work hard and efficiently to push drive thru rush and all but today there was a curly haired male crew member @0737a that decided to make a comment about my name when I asked him to call me something else as he did not pronounce it right he then decided to mumble as I walked out the door! As I have years of GM experience and military this is not how crew should talk about someone's preferred name as they represent the company and have to put customers first. Do not bother mobile ordering!!! Took nearly 30 minutes to get my order and the barista was on her phone while making my drinks. Very disappointed, I expect more from Starbucks. If you must come here, go to the drive thru. It's the only thing the staff is concerned with keeping up on. Service here is abysmal. Half an hour to get a drink. Staffed poorly. I usually go through the drive thru Always on the go it's also on my route for work. The drive through people have always been friendly and my coffee and food selections delicious. I am very upset. I ordered a venti Frappuccino and the girl gave me a grande. I told her I ordered a venti and instead of fixing my order correctly, she threw my frappe back into the blender and just tossed in more ice to make up for portions. I went here to claim my birthday rewards. I didn't know that bday reward can only be claim within 2 days now. It was about a week before. First, the lady at the drive thru window suggested a Venti instead of Grande; which I thought was a very nice & generous. This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited! I was recently in Columbus visiting some family who live there and stopped at this Starbucks while on my way to Lady Gaga's auntRave World Tour. This Starbucks in particular was the worst costumer service I've ever experienced! The employees made me feel like a burden and took FOREVER to get my drink out to me. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte to get in the fall mood and an associate, I believe her name was Stephanie B., said she was already so tired of making these drinks! I said "oh, I'm sorry, I bet these drinks do get kind of tiring to make over and over." Stephanie B. then said, "duh." I couldn't believe she would be so rude like that. The staff, location and general 'traffic' make a Starbucks a superhighway (where all you want to do is drive thru) or an extention of your breakfast nook (where you want to sit around in your pajamas all day because it is just that dam* comfortable). The Starbucks in Reynoldsburg is one that gets a ton of drive thru traffic. It is amazing to watch 2 people working together to get constant orders in and out in under a couple min each! If you have the time, stop in and grab a seat. You wont be sorry that you did. The conversations brim with flavors and accents from across the globe. The people watching is fantastic and the smells, of course, are heavenly. My only gripe is that this place is tiny, so you really do have to grab a seat once one opens up. This is the closest Starbucks to my work, so I go here all the time. I can say that this place is just your run-of-the-mill Starbucks. There is one employee there that stands out from the rest, Taylor. She is extra attentive and when she is working, I always get my drink given to me quickly, and my order is right. When Taylor is not there, it tends to be a bit of a mess. Myself and many of my coworkers have had incorrect drink orders from this location. What I can say though, is that it is super nice inside! Well, as one of the other reviewers wrote, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. The food and drink quality is generally the same across the board. Each location needs something to set it apart. This particular location, because of its proximity to my home, is my office away from home. I frequently work here and do my best to keep all the employees in business. Many of the employees - Mel, Nick, and Kat are the shining stars among them - would get a 5 or a 6. They know me. They know my habits. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. A few would get 3's for just getting the job done. And unfortunately a few would get 1's based on rudeness, sloppiness, or slowness. I frequent this location because it happens to be the most convenient for me. The drinks are often not filled to the brim. If I'm paying for a $5 coffee, I don't expect it to be only half full. I frequent this Starbucks location lately - their staff being the #1 reason. Don't get me wrong, I love my Starbucks coffee but I can get that at any Starbucks. This location is fantastic because of the smiles when you enter the store, the way they remove their headsets to speak with you instead of multitasking and how they will pause what they are doing to say good morning to everyone who walks through the door. read more

I don't understand the low rating for this Starbucks. This is the closest location to my house, so I come here several times a week, and I've never had a problem! The employees are all pretty friendly, the drive-thru is always fast moving, and my order has always been correct. I typically order a trenta iced coffee w/ light ice and they are good about actually giving me light ice! (Some other locations will water down your drink to take up the extra space if you order light ice.) I've yet to encounter any rude employees which is fantastic! The only reason I'm giving this location 4 stars instead of 5 is because their bathrooms could stand to be cleaned a little more frequently, and the chairs aren't that comfy. It's true, I judge a Starbucks mostly by the comfiness of the chairs, and this location has some odd chairs. I know that's not their fault, but since I'm pregnant the comfort of the chair is even more imperative. My husband and I will usually come to Starbucks for several hours on a Saturday to read and chat, but I can't get down with the chairs here, so we just get our coffee to go. But all that aside, this is a good Starbucks location and they haven't let me down yet! read more

Drive thru makes this Starbucks easy to reach without stepping foot of my cold car. I enjoy stopping in here as long as I have a gift card. The service is always friendly. I ordered a green tea and was given a lemonade. When I politely asked the employee about the drink, he acted irritated, as if I was an inconvenience to him. He did not apologize for the mistake but reluctantly said he would make a new drink but that it would take 5 minutes because they were out of tea. 20 minutes later, the tea did not come, and I saw him hand tea to another customer, so I knew they were no longer out of the tea. I asked him again if my tea was coming and he rolled his eyes and said "I forgot" -again, no apology. I finally got the tea, but the service here is atrocious. I love Starbucks. That being said, I have been to tons around Columbus. I can honestly say this is the best store in the Columbus area. The staff here is the definition of excellent customer service. They know my usual drink order, they're always friendly, and they look like they actually enjoy what they do, especially Aaron. Out of all the times I have been here I have never had to send a drink back because it was not made to my liking. I even recall a time where I had to wait a while in the drive thru line and they gave me my drink for free. I'm lucky this location is close to home. read more
