It's the same reason I avoid Starbucks establishments if I can: that same bitter aftertaste. Maybe it's the equipment used; maybe it's their beans: maybe it's their methods. Dubnknow. I drank a medium roast Guatemalan coffee, which is known for its unique flavor profile and high quality. Apparently the Guatemalan is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it to be full-bodied with rich flavors. While I didn't get a chance to try their baked goods this time, I plan to on my next visit. Bottom line... I'm confident this café will quickly become a favorite among Venice coffee enthusiasts. Salute!
