I thought it was a fluke when I used to go to the one by Greenway Plaza until I used this bank to cash my check. C o u r t e s y, that is what I am talking about when I say "While you are sticking me with your high interest rates, at least give me a reach around and a smile while doing it" Not all banks have given me this grief before and I feel that Frost Banks are like junior Chase's. The tellers are very professional. Does not matter what race, creed or whatever excuse but have seen all different types of tellers at Frost and Chase banks and all I can assure in my opinion in my head is that they must have a strict hiring policy or equivalent. Courteous, helpful, professional and never a frown or stoic attitude. I was lucky to have gotten a time to go in and out within approximately three minutes. McDonald's can hardly beat that time. Parking at this location is ample and very easy to find. It is right on the corner of 290 and I believe to be Tidwell but don't quote me on that. Clean as a whistle, the parking lot cement is as white as it was new and don't ask me why i was looking but being surprised at how clean it is here I did not even notice any gum blobs on the sidewalk. The exterior has you feeling like you are walking into a newly built home with the trees and shrubs. Interior just about the same. An armed officer is on site for you crime conscious individuals. Bank of America, your hiring system is broke. Shop your competitors and then shop your own. As as I have been to two Frost Banks and dozens of Chase banks, there really is a big difference in attitudes, cleanliness and customer service with these institutions. GHETTO. ============================================== Tips to New Yelpers and Old: Like every walk of life there are few people in any organization, group and even social groups where there will be some unpleasant individuals making you think that the whole follow suite. That is NOT the case about the yelpers once you meet them in person. If you are on the fence about ever attending a UYE or are an Elite and rather not go to any events because of what you see on the talk board, try it out at least once! I used to think like that because I would notice at least two long time standing participants in the "talk" section but once I started going to the UYE's I found out that for the most part these people IN PERSON were pleasant and things weren't really like they negatively viewed by me while I was doing the lurking part. I have run into at least 12 people who said the same "I would rather not meet up with these people who I see throwing their weight/experience in yelp around etc etc etc" but once they make that leap of faith and show up, the 99% of the other people deem the arrogant offenders void since the other dozens or so will have you realizing they are just people like you and I but share the same likes.......food!
