The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! Roto Rooter helped without an issue, the back up was not in a main and it was very easy for them to tell just by asking if anything other then my washer and kitchen sink backed up. Justin called back withing a half hour on a Saturday to discuss and schedule a Monday morning visit. Upon inspection, he determined that we needed a new water heater. Over the weekend I researched tankless vs tanked heaters and was undecided. He provided me information that enabled me to make a good choice going forward. He and his assistant, Ryan, were respectful, efficient and clean. They installed a new unit and removed the old one, for a fair price. I would recommend them for all your plumbing/bathroom remodeling needs.
