I took my RV to them last fall with furnace problems. They diagnosed it as a bad sail switch, they…read morereplaced it, all good. Advised me the furnace needed to be serviced, I made an appointment for a few weeks later and brought it back. While servicing it they noticed a few parts that were worn and needed replacing which I had them do. The technician was amazing, did great work, I have no problem with that. But when I saw the bill!! They charged me for labor for replacement of each part as if each part was all they were doing. Ended up being charged over 9 hours of labor for only 2 hours of actual work. No compromise just pay them over $1700 and that's it. This spring I fire up the and the furnace doesn't work and they won't back up their work because I talked to them roughly which I'm telling ya if they think that was rough they've got another think coming!! Get a quote for everything before letting them hose you not just the parts which was what I did.
