Their salespeople told me it was because of the warranties. That caused suspicion, so I decided to check the other certified Atlas contractors I was given in my area. I got an estimate for the same Atlas Pinnacle Impact roof, with all of the same warranties for $15,000. Now you see why I am writing this review. Are you kidding me. Just the thought of that kind of price discrepancy causes consternation. But this is Georgia where I have run into many shysters. Robert came to do a free inspection, and unlike my past roofer, did not require me to sign any contracts upfront to get an inspection.
