We just had a roof installed by Whitaker and very pleased with the entire process. Jessie Lybrand was exceptional with all communications with our homeowners insurance. He helped us choose a perfect fit (roof and color) for our home and it looks great. The workers showed up on time with near perfect preparation and cleanup. The entire job was complete within a day minus some last minute cleanup the next morning. Jessie recommended a Gutter professional who upgraded our system without replacing which saved us money. His interior painter Matt McCarty was able to match up the minor water stains without repainting entire ceilings which was not easy. We were blessed to have our insurance cover majority of job but had we had to pay out of pocket we would feel we got our moneys worth. I was told on a home inspection by my pest control person that my attic was leaking. I must admit that I was really worried about the extent of the leak. So while I was looking for some roofers to receive estimates, my door bell rung and it was a gentleman who identified himself as Quynton from Whittaker roofing. I explained to him what happened and he was very knowledgeable about my dilemma. He went into my attic and took pictures of the damage that included mold but did not stop there, he called the insurance company, created a claim and completed my roof replacement. During the day of the roof replacement, he showed me the molded wood that they removed and replaced it with new wood. Douglasville, GA My experience with WRC Roofing was AMAZING. Yes, I was skeptical at first due to it being a door to door representative(s) but David and Jacob were very professional and lots of fun. They explained the process throughly with the possibility of having my insurance pay for a new roof if showing enough damage. They advised they would meet the adjuster just call once the appointment was made. They stayed while I called my insurance company and helped navigate the process(which was AWESOME). Whitaker Roofing Company work on my neighbors house so I asked my neighbor for the number and the person she spoke with and his name was Calvin . I gave Calvin a call that day and the next day he was out here looking at my roof and telling me all the stuff I need it. Thomas Johnston was amazing to work with! He was with me from the start of the roof claims process all the way until the end. High winds dropped a tree on our roof on Dec. 11th, I reported it to my insurance company and called Whitaker Roofing. The next morning Heather Ridings (from Whitaker)showed up at my house ,and got on the roof. She found storm damage and some tree limbs sticking thru the roof. She tarped the holes ,made pictures and went to work doing an estimate. She worked with the ins. adjuster and got our estimate approved . Their roofers did a tearoff and repair of the damage.
