Unfortunately, today was the exception they sold her all these extra services to which she fell for ($500 later), one of them being her headlight. Once she got home, she realized that the headlight was never replaced but charged $130. She had to drive back to the store to ask for her money back when they never had the part available to begin with but still charged her for it.
