I drove past this business and decided to give them a chance. I spoke to Amy on the phone and explained the service I would need which would be my fluid changed out and my filter.I Was told that they do courtesy consultations and there would be no charge. I made an appointment for Friday 6/12/20 but got a phone call on Thursday from Amy asking me for my Vin number so that they can order parts. I thought that was a little strange because I was just coming in for a consultation but I figured if I wanted to get my service done there at least the parts would be ready. When I got there on Friday I walked in and Amy was in the middle of a conversation Stopped and told the man that was there she wanted to get my keys. (No greeting whatsoever) after I told her I Would have to wait for my car I was shown to a dirty waiting area. After a hour of waiting I was giving an estimate that was severely overpriced I told her to give me a second and that's where it all went wrong. AMY couldn't answer any questions for me about parts or the pricing. Then to make matters worse she try to charge me for the consultation after I was told it would be free. To this day I still don't know how much it costs because she told me in a very aggressive way OK YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT BUT DO ME A FAVOR DON'T COME BACK!! I felt sick to my stomach and couldn't believe I was being treated this way for asking questions about a service I would potentially be provided. What I really thought was telling was the fact that none of the other employees came out to assist her while I was telling her she would tear this business down and I'm going to reach out to the owners, that shows me that this behavior is something that there used to. If you want someone to tell you DON'T COME BACK to their business then you should check this place out but if you want good customer service then stay far away from here. SCAMMERS!

In addition to the rear…read morehatch, the catalytic converter has been removed and parts removed from underneath the hood for the diagnosis were just left in the car. Bolts were left in the driver side floor . At this point, with the hatch damage, catalytic converter removed and engine left in a partially dismantled state - only thing I can do is sell the car for parts or junk the car. After additional inspection of the damage, I will note the catalytic converter was not removed - all other damage is as stated.

Thank goodness I had already gone for a FREE code reading at Toyota and knew it was not that. Gave them the paperwork from Toyota and they put in the missing fuse (I should have done it there. They are way better with Prius and don't charge you for doing NOTHING) They charged me 10$ for the fuse that costs .50 Cents and acted like it took them an hour when I gave them the paperwork for the issue that they couldn't find!! A week and some change later our car finally gets seen (we were the ones having to call for uodates), were told to pick it up, and less than 2 hours of driving it we experience the same issues we brought the car in for. This was our 2nd time bringing our car in as the first time they said they found no issues and when we picked it up that time, a day or so later our car begins overheating. It makes me think that there's no care, urgency, and just trying to put a bandid on it. The lack of professionalism and communication has made me lose my trust in this establishment and I wouldn't recommend.

I met Mr. Roland maybe six years ago before I purchased a truck from a dealership near his shop. I…read morewanted to have the truck checked out before I purchased it, and the auto dealer recommended Roland. I thought maybe that was a conflict of interest and wanted to take it to my own mechanic. My mechanic was backed up and couldn't get away, so I reluctantly took the truck to Mr. Roland, and I was beyond satisfied with his expertise, service, and kindness. He drove the truck and turned the steering wheel a few times while driving straight and explained why he did that. He turned down the radio to listen for any noises that may have been out of the ordinary. He did a few quick stop-and-go checks to check the brakes. He did a hands-on examination and told me that I would eventually need to have a tiny hole in the muffler repaired at some point, but it wasn't major and recommended a shop. He told me the tailgate latch was tricky to open, but showed me how to open it without problems. And he also guaranteed me that he could beat any price in town. With that being said, a year later, my GMC Terrain started stalling and shutting off whenever I would come to a complete stop, which was kind of scary. I took it to Firestone, and they placed it on a machine to diagnose it and quoted $700+ to fix the issue. I then remembered Mr. Roland and went to see him. He called one of his technicians out, and while the car was running, he asked the technician what he thought was wrong? The technician put his ear to my car to listen to it and told Mr. Roland the exact same thing that Firestone had said. That was very impressive considering they did not have to put my car on a machine to diagnose it. Mr. Roland, not knowing what Firestone had quoted me, said it would cost me about $300+ to repair it. They were kind of busy that morning, but he managed to squeeze me in. I went next door to Cracker Barrel for breakfast, made some business calls, played a few games on my phone, and did a little shopping to pass time. Within two hours, my car was ready. I've been back a few times to have my vehicles inspected and/ or repaired. In fact, it's been a while, and I need to have my GMC checked out again, so I'll be calling Mr. Roland.
