I first began doing business with "Speedy Sticker Stop in their original location that was soon removed to make way for a street project so they moved to the present location and all who were customers followed because they are HONEST and efficient in how they do business "Mom and Pop" style.. They have also taken on Oil Changes and a few other services that won't take a lot of time. As they advised me after failing an inspection, drive it for a while, as much as 30 plus miles and then bring it back for the recheck and it solved the problem, I live close by and did not warm the vehicle up to operating temperature, the ONLY reason I failed so now I do so, advice to others drive your car for a short time before bringing it in and if it is not too inconvenient let the car idle while waiting for your inspection to maintain operating temperature, that is what I do now myself with all of my vehicles and haven't failed an inspection since... read more

Nothing speedy about this place. Had to come back more than 3 times because they wouldn't pass my car unless I drove 300+ miles. Unless it's perfect with no issues, they won't pass you. Always had 1 problem and can pass it every year (TX allows one issue only in order to be able to pass), decided to come here since it's closer to home, but nope, not anymore! I was tasked to get the State Inspection completed on my parent's vehicle. I knew nothing about the State Inspection process because Indiana doesn't require annual inspections. I drove passed Speedy Sticker Stop where I found out they perform State Inspections plus oil changes. The gentleman where I checked in was very nice and provided information that saved me quite a bit of time. I handed the employee the vehicle keys and he returned much sooner than I expected, maybe 15 minutes. He returned with the Inspection document I required and explained which of my other documents I needed to get the Vehicle Registration. He also told me I could get the registration at Fiesta Super Market which was less than a mile away. Oh, So Sweet!!! After less than 15 minutes at the Fiesta service window I had the Vehicle Registration to accompany the completed State Inspection. Now, all I need to do is place the two stickers on the vehicle. A successful trip to both locations and their vehicle is good for another year. Easy, peasy thanks to some very helpful info that saved me a couple hours in line. read more

They live up to their name ! I came here for my inspection since well it was the last day before my sticker expired. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, and told where to park. There was quite a few people inside , and I was told 15 minutes. Well honestly I don't think they took more then 10. I was in and out. Seems like everyone who came was in and out. Car after car. I would give a zero if I could, I went there this morning based on the reviews. I went and parked in front of the bay not inside but outside because I saw a guy sitting there looking at his phone, he looked up at me and proceeded to look back down at his phone so I proceeded to roll my window down and asked if they could do an inspection for me. The man ignored me and walked over to a Hispanic lady that was handing him her keys, honestly I really did expect exactly what he did because I am not from the area and I happen to be black. I am not making this a race thing I am just speaking the truth, I felt disrespected that he did not answer me and as he was walking to get the customers car I asked him ...."so you are just not even going to answer my question" he then turned around because I was really upset that he was so rude to me for no reason and he walked to where I was and said 'you cannot park there" I said..... sir I have no idea where I am suppose to park it's my first time here and you didn't even acknowledge that I asked you a question. He then said I didn't hear you and he asked his coworker man I didn't hear her right? how can you not hear me! you saw me! you saw me pull up in a vehicle! you knew I was a customer and you cannot acknowledge that I drove up? how can you not hear me when you are right in front of me but you heard me way from over the other side when you went to retrieve the customer car who gave you the keys, No he was just rude , I understand it was cold and he probably did not feel like being bothered but it cost nothing to say hello and ma'am you cannot park here, or how can we help you today , why would he walk past me and not say anything about where I needed to park, he talked to the other customer , he went right past me to her. My feelings were really hurt because I went way out of my way to go there, I will tell all my friends and family not to go there, all customers should be treated the same. read more

When I go get my oil changed and my inspection done, all I want is to get in and get out. Nothing more (crossing my fingers that there's nothing wrong with my car) and nothing less. And that's what I've gotten the past two years I've been to the Speedy Sticker Stop. Located in Rosenberg, the Speedy Sticker Stop is close to my parents' house. I started coming here after my coworkers told me that they never get their inspections done inside the loop because inside-the-loop mechanics won't pass your vehicle if there's even a minute thing not right with your car. Now, that's probably a broad generalization, but my car wasn't passed inside the loop because my windshield wipers "needed to be replaced." That's right--I'm talking to you Jiffy Lube on Holcombe! Anyway, I went in to Speedy Sticker Stop at 10:20am and got out at 10:56am. There were 2-3 cars ahead of me. The mechanics were really friendly and got me out of there quickly. Just need to get my registration done sometime this month, and I'll be set for another year. read more
