The busiest they've been while I've been there, I've still not waited more than 20 minutes. The usual is about 10 minutes. I've never had any issues so I'm not sure how they are about resolving any issues. However, they are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have a bathroom, a sink at the counter, usually fresh coffee (in the mornings that I've been) and the waiting room is always clean.

I'm 13 years old, and I was riding my electric bike. There was an open space through the oil change bays, and I thought I could ride through it to get to the other side. While I was there, I accidentally fell off my bike. An employee who had a beard and was wearing what I believe was a hat immediately started yelling, "Hey, hey, hey, what are you doing?" I was confused and replied, "Nothing." He then said, "This is a business." I told him that I was just riding through. Instead of calmly explaining the rules or asking me to leave politely, he told me to "get the **** out of here" twice. I was honestly shocked because I'm only 13 years old, and I didn't expect an adult to talk to me that way over what was just a mistake. I got back on my bike and left. As I was leaving, I said, "You weird, bro," and rode away. I understand that businesses have rules and may not want people riding through their service area. If that was the case, a simple and respectful explanation would have been enough. There was no reason to yell or use profanity toward a child. I hope management addresses how employees speak to people, especially kids. Being treated with respect goes a long way, even when someone makes a mistake. This experience left me with a very negative impression. Bad customer service and I was actually gonna ask him. I was thinking about it. I was gonna ask him the ratings about this place and stuff like that.

Three cars in each of the three bays, and I was in and out in probably 25 minutes? Less time than was predicted when I pulled up. First, they asked if I wanted the same oil I've gotten before -- I said yes, assuming they'd stick to that. Instead, they gave me a more expensive full synthetic oil without clearly telling me, and at checkout tried to charge me $123 for an oil change that should cost far less. That's the kind of price you'd expect for a large SUV, not a small compact car. It also took 45 minutes just to do the oil change -- way too long, especially when I didn't ask for anything extra. They spent more time nitpicking every little thing wrong with my car and trying to upsell me on services I never requested. If you're on a tight schedule, do not go here. I also felt like they tried to take advantage of the assumption that I wouldn't know much about oil types or car maintenance. It's frustrating and insulting -- I shouldn't have to fight just to get straightforward service. Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, go somewhere else.

The promise of a cheap price next to that disclaimer kept me out of a Just Brakes for years because I wasn't sure if I'd be fleeced or not. But I needed a brake job and I didn't have a lot of money. I decided to give them a shot. So what's the verdict? 1. I don't think anybody walks out of here paying $99.88. $99.88 covers the pads & turning the rotors. To do that plus change some of the other hardware that wears out plus change the fluid came to $250 + tax on my car. That's about in line with the last time I had my brakes worked on and comes with a written warranty, so I can't complain. 2. The manager was able to explain what needed to be done in a way that I could understand. 3. The job was done competently within a reasonable amount of time.
