Went in for an oil change & air filter replacements. 0 issues, friendly and professional service. Nobody was creepy!! Three cars in each of the three bays, and I was in and out in probably 25 minutes? Less time than was predicted when I pulled up. They checked my tire pressure, let me know about my battery's lifespan & some corrosion going on (which I'd previously known about & completely forgotten about ) so I'll be back to take care of that issue soon. read more

Tried this place again..sigh. Got my oil changed but again they didnt reset my oil indicator light or give me a reminder sticker. Also got my tires rotated only for them to tell me AFTERWARDS that they dont balance them, hence me going to Discount Tire yesterday. The same girl that was unpleasant was there again today. Not sure whats up with this new generation of young adults but their attitudes suck when it comes to customer service. Valvoline in Rosenberg Texas 24311 southwest fwy My husband paid nearly $300 for a transmission fluid change on his f250 Days later we noticed the transmission was grinding and there was extremely hard shifting. We took the vehicle to a mechanic who showed us that there was not a drop of transmission fluid in the truck. I reached out to the store with no response. I filed a claim with corporate & I was told Andrew (store manager) would review the camera footage of the service and reach back out to me. After 2 days of not hearing from any manager, I showed up to the store (recommended by customer service). Gerald (second manager) said Andrew and a technician were on the way to my mechanic's to take a look at our vehicle. In short, both Andrew and his tech admitted there was a problem with the machine, and that it did not put enough fluid. He also admitted to putting a work order out on the machine because it was "acting funky." When asked about the camera footage Andrew told me there was no footage of the service because of the camera angle. Fast forward to today...& the second manager Gerald is denying my claim because footage magically showed up & there was never an issue with the machine. They won't show me the footage & Andrew's story changed. Gerald was caught lying to my face telling me Andrew was off today. We do not know the extent of the damage to the vehicle because the customer service representative said it cannot be worked on yet until the claim is finished, but it is for sure damaged. Claim was denied so I will be reaching out to my mechanic to begin diagnosing it. read more

If I could give a business zero stars, I definitely would to this one. I went there in October for an oil change and inspection got charged $145 today I was charged $185 and no one could explain what's going on other than there's nine other people that have called and have got double charged their last charge. Make sure you check your bank statements. I guess every day after going here because once again it did occur almost 4 months later. I don't even know how they could store credit card information for four months, but they do and tell you it's to a faulty credit card system. stick to your local businesses and family owned. He was spot on and quick in checking my car's battery which is still within its warranty period. My battery was replaced and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Man! I have always had a fear of coming to places like this to get an oil change after a horrible experience at a T**e 5! But my dad recommended coming for my oil change. In a matter of 30 min I left with a fabulous oil change, state inspection, and 4 full tires!! Christian did the majority of my service and talked my through the process to help me feel for comfortable. It's easy for me to feel like I'm being taken advantage of when having any service done to my vehicle but thanks to Christian and the other nice gentleman working I can confidently come for services and feel like I'm being taken care of. Christian took the time to show me the amount of air in each tire and also checked my air filters and windshield wipers and let me know all the info I needed! Very slow in service and even directing you to a lane. Used to be so much better a couple of years ago. Sat in line for 28 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me and NOONE said to comeback or move to a different line. They all saw cars waiting and looked at us but no one said anything. Second time here where we've waited over 30 min to just get in and start service and there's no cars here ! Just a bunch of guys chatting and horsing around. I went to get my oil changed finally after 4 months of procrastinating if my car really needed the maintenance or it was just being dramatic. Unfortunately, it absolutely needed it. Colton, a very helpful technician, educated me about taking care of my car. They showed me how there wasn't any oil in my car AT ALL. Completely dry and empty. They also showed me what I believed was a rats nest at first glance-was actually my air filter so they kindly changed the air filter with an additional fee of course but thank you to everyone who helped out. By far the best car service experience I've had in 11 years of car ownership. The service station performed a full inspection in my full view, which gave me confidence that it was actually done and not just written on a report. The crew members explained what was done and things I may need done soon, with the applicable timelines for said maintenance. My oil change was completed swiftly, courteously and professionally. I initially came to Valvoline because of their Sunday availability and because I had found a coupon. The crew members informed me of yet another coupon to save me $5 more.
