unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership for all three of my cars today. I was so looking forward to a detail. I called ahead to find out how much it would cost and made an appointment for Sunday morning. I get there, I didn't know where to park, I pull up and I say I'm here for a 10 o'clock appointment. One of the detailers tells me to park in the bay 2 spots over, so I do. I get out and ask if he is the detailer, he says no. another man walks out of the office, I ask him if he is my detailer, while I am opening my hatch to show them what I want done in the back. he says "I'm wondering what you're doing here?!?!" I ask if he's the detailer he says "no, what are you doing here?" I said I have a 10 o'clock appointment. . He says again "why are you in here?" I say again, I have an appointment at 10 o'clock and he says "don't you see the sign? it says do not pull in here. Why are you in here?" I said well this gentleman told me to. He looks at the employee and the employee looks terrified. I said I'm sorry I was just here to get my car washed and so I pulled in. He says, again, "but I don't understand why you're pulled in here when there's a sign that says not to pull in here". I said I just told you, this gentleman told me to pull in here. He turns to the man, did you tell her to pull in here?? again starts terrorizing the man. I finally just said I would like to cancel my appointment and I would like to cancel the membership for all three of my vehicles he said "OK". we walk inside where I got a little worked up because of how rude this man was. I have not been treated like that in a very long time. He was so condescending and rude, rude, rude! I was there to have $150 service, I pay monthly for three cars, most of the time I only get washed once a month. This mans customer service was off the chart! and he couldn't have cared less that I wanted to canceled my membership. I'm sure the owner would be quite unhappy to know that his general manager does not care if his customers are canceling. I typically love to go there, the employees are always so nice and they are hard-working. I loved talking to them as they help with the machine at the gate. read more

This is just a convenient spot for my family but this place is wayyy over priced compared to other car washes. All you get is a car wash and vacuum, but all of the rags, extra details are an extra charge. Also, I requested to get my tires cleaned but they did not do a great job. Update, they called me back and fixed all the problems and apologized for all the trouble, would return now Took my ford explorer to get a wash and wax, paid for the $50 plan with the exception of the interior which took $10 off. They did not clean up dirt in the crevasses, they didnt clean or wax the roof of my SUV. Would not reccomend. I was entering the car wash after purchasing the interior package, while entering I felt the truck was hitting something but it's because my tires were too wide and should've done the hand wash instead of Risking it. After exiting I was greeted by a few managers and personnel, they inspected the damage and went ahead and took the extra step into finding a new tire around the area. I've never felt more satisfied and happy to be treated by this company and especially with lots of help from Kevin with taking that extra step into customer satisfaction and purchasing a new tire instead of me having to pay out of pocket. I paid for the $17 car wash today and my car still wasn't clean. Not too mention their tubes or whatever it is that spun all over my car scratched my black car terribly. All I was offered when I called and took pictures was a re-wash. I am beyond upset that my new black car is all scratched after using this car wash. Three wash would've been fine however I would expect something to be done correctly the first time because I didn't have much time to turn around and go have it rewash nor did I want their machine to scratch my car after further review of the damage. I got there right as they opened up. I had over 2 hour wait for exterior wax and can't even get the front grill a wipe down, can't even wipe the dust around the doors or the feet rail. Not worth the price or the wait! The back door which I do not have pictured wasn't even wiped down and had dust dirt and sticky stuff still on the car. But the rubber right in front of it got wiped off. No even try to make it right. After the two hour wait I spent the next 10 minutes trying to finish it. read more

Went back a couple of months ago for a quick run through one day when I was in a hurry. The guy told me they had new management and updated equipment so it should clean better. He talked me into the monthly service. After I noticed they charged me again after only 28 days I realized I had only gone twice so I had overpaid (paid $30, each wash is $10). I asked to cancel and remove the charge (which the girl said she would). I asked if I could get a voucher to go through one more time (was raining at this time so no sense in going through the wash) so I at least got what I paid for and she told me no. Really? First I like this location better than Missouri City the wash works better and so do the vacuums maybe because this location is newer. One small complaint I don't understand why it's so difficult to add your monthly membership here when you bought it from the other store after 3 Times it's finally right. On to the 5 star experience. Today was my first time getting an interior detail and omg Marco did an amazing job. My car looks better than it did when it was showroom delivered to me from the car dealership 4 months ago. HORRIBLE!! Do not come here if you like deep scratches on your car. I have a brand new car and decided to run my car through the wash. The moment I saw the scratches I notified management. Before management could even look at the cameras the receptionist kept trying to tell me it was pre existing scratches. As I was waiting the receptionist would speak with management in English and then in Spanish and she did it several times. I knew exactly what you were saying. You work the front desk so what experience do you have with cars when you work from inside the building? I'll wait. Today I dropped my car off & purchased the Superior interior detail packaged & paid $49.99. This includes wash, vacuum & interior/exterior armoral, rims/tire shine ect. They told me it would take a couple of hours & would call me once the car was finished. 4 hours later I still hadn't received a call so I call and sure enough my car "had been ready for a while". Head up there to pick up my car and all of my rims are still dirty. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get cleaned. Aside from that the car looked great. Cannot begin to express how unhappy we are with the detail job done on our Mercedes this morning, what a joke. Let's just say girls night got out of hand last night and my beloved friend got sick in my car on the way home. After getting her home safely, I stopped at the car wash and cleaned what I could. We showed up first thing this morning to have the rest cleaned by professionals. When they first "presented" us our car I thought I was on a hidden camera show. It looked like the inside had hardly been touched. There was vomit on the head rest that would have come off with a damp paper towel but apparently not with a $100 detail job. They hadn't even vacuumed the back seat, there was plenty of evidence of other corners they cut. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner took my car back for round 2. I held out hope but it was quickly shattered when they brought us our car for a second time. The owner kept saying he was so busy but if we came back he would "take care of us". Apparently he was too busy to ensure we got what we paid for. We spent two hours and $100 dollars for a half a$$ job and horrid service. Word of advice to others, run away! I like the price of the "unlimited monthly washes". It's only $20 a month. They take the money out of my debit account every month so I don't have to worry about it. I come about twice a week, the vacuums are free and there usually isn't a long line. However, you get what you pay for. Half of the employees look like they just woke up outta bed and the other half look like ex-cons. Customer service or appearance does not matter to this business. The employees don't smile and slam large brushes against your car before it enters the wash. They are so aggressive with the brushes it makes me second guess the service that is being provided. I really like this place. The waiting room is very clean, they offer water, juice and snacks for customers waiting for their cars. The inside is very clean and staff has always been friendly. I have been here enough times that I decided to get a VIP membership. It's $20 a month and I get unlimited washes. Great experience. Took my car in for interior detail and car wash. Great customer service, prices and results. Will definitely be going back. They have a VIP program that sounds pretty good I just might have to try. Update- lowering a star after a TERRIBLE interior detailing job. After I got my car back I immediately drove over to their vacuuming area and cleaned the interior myself. They came over and asked if anything was wrong and I said it looked as if nothing had been done. They asked if they could fix it but after them having my car for an hour and doing what looked like nothing I figured I my as well spend 5 minutes and do a better job myself. This is a great place to go to get part of your car washed and some shiny tire shine for $150. My wife came in today and spent $150 on a detail. She had to take it back because they barely cleaned the interior, lucky for them she didn't notice the bottom of her car was not washed, because they obviously didn't notice it either. When I got home I noticed the car looked like the top 3/4 had been washed and the bottom 1/4 maybe squirted with some water. Now I get that for a $10 wash but not for a detail. I'm very picky and I Love this car wash! Always do a great job and pretty much a full quicky car detail for $40ish and in 30 minutes. The lobby is really nice, not just cheap chairs and cheesy decor, but actually real clean furniture and decorations. It's also very clean and the coffee station is something i would actually drink from and do. This is not your typical filthy slum car wash. The staff is very professional and pull your car up to the door when they are finished. The woman at the front desk has been the same one everytime I've been in and is very nice and courteous. If you do not mine your car not being clean , dry or still having soap all over it go for it. $17 bucks and you will need to dry your car, clean your rims and only have tire shine on part of your wheels. Oh and the vacuums are timed for like 40 seconds at time. It seems the car wash it self is kind of wonky when going through it. Maybe its just me but other car wash machines seem much smoother and do a far better job. Even the gas station car wash does a better job and its 5-8 dollars cheaper I have been here four times and will not be back. read more
