Asking for the price to replace ignition coils and spark plugs on a 2006 Toyota Camry and be able to do it immediately so I could get my daughter's car back to her job site so she could go home to the Heights in Houston. Usually I always pick businesses with plenty of 4 & 5 star reviews. But for some reason on this day I did'nt look at that. I looked for someone that answered the phone on the first call, could come out immediately and gave a fair price for the labor work I needed done. I am so glad I called Juan with Powerhaus Motors Mobile Mechanic at (936) 697-7365 He came out to my daughter's car within 10 minutes or less after I called. Juan was extremely courteous and professional with me. He arrived in the parking lot while I was still in AutoZone getting the parts. ( my past experience when a woman says what is wrong with the car. I will hear back "Well honey/darling/ sweetie/or even ma'am give us the keys; I'll get one of our men to take a look at it." / "The mechanic will let you know and explain to you what is wrong with your car. "/ trying to get more money out of me. I/we will need to run a Diagnostics and check to make sure that is what's needed and nothing else is going on.") At the same time giving me a look as you are just a woman not a mechanic.) I am glad to say I did not get any of that from Juan. He told me up front what his labor cost would be for the repair job. And I knew that was extremely far and affordable for the work that had to be done. He only charge for labor and let me get the parts. When he completed the mechanic work. He did do a diagnostic check. That takes less than five seconds to hooking up a meter and make sure no other error codes pop up. He listened to the car and cleaned up the empty packages and old parts leaving the parking lot of AutoZone just as it was when I first pulled up.. Thank You So Much Juan for doing a good job at a very fair price and showing me that you trust my mechanic knowledge. I appreciated your attention to details and cleaning up afterwards. I greatly appreciate the respect you showed me. I now have a mechanic in Conroe Texas that my daughter can call will come to her to fix her mechanical problems when she is on her way to work. I told her to even call you and schedule Steve regular routine oil changes and tune-ups that are needed... We all know Toyota is very well built cars.( I think the recommended mileage is every 60,000 miles a car's ignition coils and spark plugs should be replaced. ) It being a 2006 4 cylinder with 251,275 showing on the odometer and it being the first time the Toyota stock Ignition Coils and along with the stock spark plugs ever been replaced is verified proof that my daughter does have a good car. She has to remember it does need routine maintenance. However with work my daughter just don't seem to get time off to have it done.
