One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

He will "come to you" and promptly repair your inoperative speedometer, gas gauge, etc. if the problem is within the instrument panel on the dashboard. Currently his fixed price is $150. Each instrument panel gauge is controlled with a small "stepper motor" and Doug replaces all even if only one gauge is faulty. The motors are guaranteed for life - including labor to replace. The speedometer became inoperative on my 2005 Tahoe. Mac Haik quoted $450 to repair. Doug completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He does definitely know his way around the 2003-06 GM instrument panels. 11/19/12
