Honestly I would give this place zero stars after the experience I had here. But alas, I cannot. To start, I am here with my brother and father and baseball team on a tournament -vacation. We came here on our first night here with the entire team. We waited what must have been half an hour to 45 minutes. Once all of us were seated, there was a torrential downpour. We were all told to exit the track as we could not ride in those conditions (which was true) and then proceeded to inform us that we can take the tickets in which we already spent copious amounts of money on already, which was wasted due to the rain, and get them replaced. So we were able to ride in better conditions. We all left for the night. We came back today, several nights later, to use these tickets on the course again. Not only were these little boys told they weren't able to ride any of these tracks, after working so hard during the day, and waiting a significant amount of time to ride, but proceeded to shame my father for trying to use the ticket stubs. Normally I would be able to admit that I, or my family is in the wrong, as any logical and reasonable person would be able to. Yet, we were completely in the right here. We were refused service when we were told we were able to with loose tabs. The manager proceeded to argue with my father, quite loudly might I add. This is fraud, taking advantage of us because of a coincidental disruption. After arguing with the manager for about five minutes, my dad whips out his phone and starts recording the argument. At this point, he turns the camera to the manager and says "so what you're saying is, this is fraud?" And the manager turns and runs away! Like a little bunny. My dad follows him, as he should have, we were out a large amount of money. At the stand, where the manager retreated, the subject was reiterated, and the manager couldn't give a clear definition of what fraud is. It was like laps around the same subject. It was tiring to watch. A conclusion was eventually reached with us not receiving a refund or letting our boys ride. In conclusion, this place is fraudulent and your money is better spent on similar businesses along the road, as to there are many. read more

From the very entrance of this park, I was met with a combination of true care from the workers and a welcoming environment. I participated in many go kart rounds and, on my final lap, my tire blew out. One of their workers, Travis, immediately, but safely, called the other go karts to a halt in order to assist me and my sister in the go kart. Running hastily onto the track, Travis made sure we were okay, not only physically, but emotionally as he assured us that we had done nothing wrong and integrated a few jokes to lighten our moods. Overall, my family and I loved Speedzone Fun Park, and would highly recommend it for other families. read more

My three nieces (14,12, and 5) all had an excellent time here at SpeedZone. The tracks were all fun especially track #2. Since my youngest niece was only 5 she had to double up with me in the two seater. Thankfully though, with help from Andrew (who was great), she was able to drive her own kiddie kart. Really the best part about our time there was the staff! As mentioned, Andrew was a particular stand-up who really went out of his way to ensure that all 4 of us were having a great time! Along with Jay, Bagnel, and all the other guys there. Suffice to say, we will definitely remember to come back to SpeedZone in Pigeon Forge. read more

I brought 3 generations of family, nine in all. The manager was thoughtful, so nice and accomodating. After riding doubles for a number of trips, our 10 year old granddaughter learned to drive by herself for the first time. The attendant was really great in coaching her and making sure she was ready. The bathrooms look plain but are like a nice resturant bathroom inside. My wife as impressed. The track going up 4 stories had lots of room to pass if you get the inside corner. Carts were mostly fast but if you get on that has an issue with the electronic limiter, ask for another ticket. Attendants are experienced. read more

We were in Pigeon Forge for the weekend and saw the go karts and thought they would be fun. We went in 37 degree weather and we were the only 2 people there that night. The whole staff was friendly and they were very generous. My hands were feeezing from driving and they let me borrow a pair of their own gloves! It was a very kind gesture and very helpful. As a small business owner I know what it's like to have great services and be overshadowed by a big dog corporate machine next door. This place is a great place. They're go karts are just as cool and fast as everyone else in town. Shout out to the track marshal Andrew! Great guy! Set my kids up with a really fun time and made their day at the go kart track! A family of 4, we had a great time at the track. Travis was great helping me and my daughter after we wreck, and Demetrius was awesome with assisting with my seat belt and my daughter's steering wheel. Race Track was very impacting, it wasn't just some boring race there were many turns and and slopes and it made the experience for me and my friends very exciting and awakening. It looks old, but they made sure that we were safe and that everyone was following guidelines. This dude named Josh helped me and my friend get out of stuckie on the track and that was really nice of him. read more

At first, I was a bit hesitant because i'm usually scared of heights but it wasn't frightening at all! I had such a great time with my sisters and friends! i don't know why this place is getting so much bad reviews because all I met during my rides were such great people especially this guy named Josh! My 13-year old Son & I stopped in on Saturday afternoon. We rode the slick track and it was so much fun! I was kind of surprised how much we enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the karts were really fun and it's conveniently located. Great prices for Park Hopper pass so you can experience tracks at 3 locations. I had a good experience at the Go Kart track. The staff were kind and they helped us pick out a good deal. 3 races for $20 is a great deal and they had a variety of tracks. A lot of the other parks were closed so we went to this one. But it was still good. To be fair we didn't go anywhere else but this is a good option. Highly recommend! read more

We had a large family gathering and had a blast at the Speedzone, we had family "competitions" on the slick track and everyone had a fantastic time. We were thrilled with this choice. There are 4 tracks to choose from, plus lazer tag, an arcade, and indoor mini golf. The staff are very helpful. We espcially appreciated Demetrius C. and Steven, who were great with our kids. This was one of the highlights of our time in Pigeo Forge! read more

Mike Burge was super funny and nice. He made me wanna ride again. I ended up riding the slick track 3 times and he even let me and my friend ride by ourselves (because we were the only ones in line but still) and I hope to see him there again. He definitely deserves a raise. read more

Travis helped out our group when one of the kids couldn't get their go kart going after a wreck. He was awesome the whole race and made sure everyone was having fun! Great tracks and easy to manuever for kids that had never driven a go kart before. read more

This fun zone covered all the rules associated with covid 19. Preston did an amazing job making sure everything went well. Everyone in my group, which consisted of 10 people had a blast and I recommend this fun park to anyone traveling to Tn. read more
