We had SO much fun ziplining! We felt totally safe and even the reluctant people felt comfortable. The real treasures were our guides Cook, and "The Flying Panamanian." (We dubbed him that.) They were attentive, caring, and SO much fun. Next time we want to try horseback riding. Just a tip: make a reservation at least a day ahead, or come early. People were walking in without reservations for both ziplines and horseback riding and they were full. read more

We loved our guides, very personable and comedic. It was only my boyfriend and I, so it only took about 50 minutes, but that just meant we were waiting on others! We came here on a Sunday morning at 9am for their early bird special. Our kids are awake anyway so we thought we'd save some cash. There was plenty of parking in the upper lot near the front door at this time. We signed in, completed waivers, and went to get harnessed up. They have lockers thereto keep your keys as you lock your valuables in your car. From there, we hopped in the back of a covered truck and headed to the first station. Before going, they told us what to do and how to brake. They let our kids go solo even though we were planning on going tandem. This was great! There were a few zips where we went tandem just to have enough weight to get to the other side. I especially enjoyed the ride over the lake. So pretty! There are also a few where you get going pretty fast. You finish down by the road and get a ride back up in the back of the truck. A great time for all in our family! read more

This place was amazing! We called to make reservations because online it was capped at 10, but they were happy to give us one more to accommodate our group of 11. Owen, Tyler, & Nash were awesome guides and gave us the best day of the trip! The company takes safety very seriously and the guides followed the protocols keeping everyone hooked up and safe. We had a couple of hesitant members in our group but the easy demeanor of the guides helped to put them at ease and everyone participated and had a great time. This place was awesome. The ziplines were a heck of a lot of fun, you won't be disappointed. The cost was a tad high but we found a coupon that made it much more reasonable. The real highlight was the staff. Terry and Blaze were fantastic. If their side hustle was stand up comedy, I wouldn't be surprised. They made everyone in our group (mostly children and young teens) feel very comfortable about the whole experience, with plenty of reassurance about the safety measures in place. There are people who pretend to like their jobs and then there a folks like Terry and Blaze, who clearly love their work. Keep up the good work guys, You deserved every penny of that tip! read more

First time here and it's AMAZINGGGGGG, Bobby and Crystal Zipline made it a great experience for all our family age 7,16,30 & 40 . They kept on telling jokes and explaining the roles several times . First time my 7 year old ever Zipline and she was in love , my wife was scared but she got over her fear super quick after crystal help while I pumped into Bobby couple times ( poor guy) . Horse back riding was enjoyable and not long which was perfect , Dale did awesome job picking the right horses for our family and his lead made it very enjoyable experience . I have been ziplining before, but not in the Smoky Mountains. We had a blast with our group at the Adventure Park ziplines! They provide the gear and helmets, and they give you a run down of the gear and what to expect on the ziplines. Our two female guides were young but they knew what they were doing. They did great with the kids in our group, and they made sure that they had an equally fun time as the adults. There were seven ziplines, varying in length and speed, and the very last one they have you racing against another member in your group. If you aren't adventurous, they also have horseback riding here, and in Gatlinburg, they have a go-kart park and arcades if you are wanting to do that instead. If this is the same red barn on the hill, STAY AWAY!!!! We booked a horse back riding excursion for 14 for 10am. At 8am it's raining and they inform us that they won't refund until an hour before. We don't get the call and we drive to the place and it's now raining harder. We figured we'd get breakfast worst case. I'm am typing from their smelly barn as they refuse to give us a refund. It's 38 degrees and raining and they expect us to ride or reschedule. We can't reschedule because it's our last day but they could care less. THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!! read more

We had a really great time ziplining, and also horseback riding. These two activities were highlights of our entire time in the Smokies with my two kids. We were able to get photos of our time there on a zip drive, but something went wrong on the drive and when we got home we discovered that the zip drive wasn't working. I called them, hoping they'd be able to help but not really expecting it. But they were able to help me, finding the missing photos and emailing them to me, even though I was in a different state by the time I discovered the problem. Well I don't know about Chuck and Darryl, but hands down Cliff and Cody were THE best! Ask for them by name! Our guides were very understanding and helpful. I was definitely scared to take the first leap but they reassured me without pressure. Cody gave us a quick run down of how all the equipment worked and how to brake and hold on while we were zipping. There were a total of 7 zip courses. The first one was pretty long but easy. The second was a bit shorter but faster. I don't remember the third one much. The fourth one you could basically go no hands and it was such a lovely view with a nice break spot at the end with picnic tables and water. The fifth was nice and is called the test zip to prepare you for the sixth, the race zip. This line you can go between 50-70 mph. Of course I was too chicken to race and used my break the whole time to go. The seventh line was nice and easy. I loved the views and I would totally do it again. They made me feel safe and there was no pressure at all. They did everything at our pace. I can't wait to try it again. read more

To all the daredevils, do not come here if you're looking to be wayyyy up in the mountains. Keep in mind, these are family friendly zip lines. So the zip lines are made to accommodate children and old people without giving them a heart attack. These do not go up very high up, but they are good enough for beginners! One of the guides told us if we wan at real thrill, go to "Legacy". The service here is great though, and they expect you tip! they even highlight that point with a huge sign inside the waiting area. This place is a great place to get your feet off the ground for a first time zip liner. I am not new to zip lines, but my friend was. The guides we had were Jake and Martin. I don't have anything, but good things to say about them. We did a night time zip line and the views were awesome. My friend enjoyed every minute of his adventure and said he would gladly do it again. I told him we were graduating next time to lines like the gravity lines I'm used to that carry you at 60+ mph per line. My friend got the hang of it quickly, but I can't say the same for the Asians who made up the remainder of our touring group. They provided us with comic relief the entire trip. Martin and Jake kept their cool and also kept them safe aside from the fact they repeatedly didn't follow instructions. I would highly recommend this place to any beginner. read more
