It's not a huge store so it's easy to maneuver around and it wasn't very busy so it was a quick in and out. The inventory seems to be pretty decent. They were out of food safe 5-gallon buckets on the shelf, but they had extras in storage and they got me one of those. The staff was helpful, but not friendly. They had no interest in small talk (or really any talk at all). I was asked if I had a rewards program or something else. I said I didn't. And that was the end of that conversation. They didn't ask if I wanted to sign up or get more information. There are a couple other stores in town. I'll probably try them out before hitting up this place again. Just to see what they're like.

I have to say, they show zero interest in their customers and what they're doing, looking for, projects or otherwise. Just crotchety guys with crap for customer service skills. I'd think guys that like tools would enjoy working in a hardware store but it seems as though that's not the case. My husband is an incredibly cordial guy, likes to give accolades and chit-chat but for the most part, they just won't have it there. I find myself saying 'let's go, they don't care.' Kind of a bummer, especially for a local company... but then again, it boils down to where else are you going to go?
