She just wanted to know who was in charge. I replied none of us are in charge so she asked well who is going to pay me? We each gave her $20 and barely got a thank you. She then asked us if any of us had ever done an escape room and we told her it was all our first time. She ran thru the instructions so fast and when one of us had to ask her to repeat something she seemed annoyed. She did come into the room to help us with a combination which we had but 2 of us in our group couldn't get it to work. She tried it a few times herself and didn't work for her either. Finally she got it and said the lock has taken a beating. Maybe the owner can buy a new lock with our admission fee. When she left the room she slammed the door. A member of our party inquired as to how many bookings do they get a month. She told her she didn't understand what she was asking her. We were curious as there was no one there before us or after us which seems odd for a Saturday afternoon. Also no one answers the phone during hours they post on website stating they are open. Online calendar to book doesn't allow you to see what times might be available on a date. Just seems like an odd way to run a business and make rent and other expenses. Maybe she just didn't want to be there on a Saturday afternoon. Not sure if she was owner or staff member but her customer service skills are in need of improvement. Will try other escape rooms in the future but not here nor will recommend.

The booking process was simple and easy right on the website. We showed up on time for the reservation we made. There is one room at Into the Enigma. This place is nothing like Escape city buffalo where there are 3 rooms, and each room has a Hollywood movie quality in each room. The level of detail is incredible, and everything is such high quality. Not so much here at Into the Enigma. We know that not all escape room businesses will have the quality of Escape city. The owner mentioned she buys most items for her room from garage sales. Now here are our issues There is no room to escape, once you figure out the puzzle you radio in the answer with a walkie talkie. We had a pad of paper to figure out the answers, we did radio in the answers with a minute left. Time expired, the owner comes in and says we were so close and tells us the answer. We go that's what we radioed in and even pointed out on the paper that's what we had written, and it was the only thing written on the paper. She goes no that's not what I heard sorry you didn't complete it. What really... we had the right answer written and said it on the radio. The quality is low, its mainly a bunch of various padlocks. The owner didn't hear us correctly, so she said we didn't finish. Its not like you're giving a prize for people who complete it in time. In other escape rooms we have laughed and had a lot of fun, not so much at Into the Enigma! Don't waste your time.

Truly 4.5 Stars. The…read moreChili Disc Golf is another feather in the cap of Rochester's disc golf scene. This is a beautiful links style (ball golf style) course in a park. While I adore disc golf's blending with other park dwellers, it is refreshing to play a course where the only other people there are disc golf enthusiasts. The on site bathrooms are not always open, but they are maintained well by the Chili parks department. The front nine finish at the parking lot, and the back nine starts at the same place. This is an underrated perk; it is nice to play one half of the course or start on the back nine if there is a crowd. Every tee is concrete and long enough for my ridiculous approach. The course itself is a challenge for all skill levels. My wife has a weaker arm than I do, but my long shots are punished if they stray from the fairways. There are four notable holes on the course. Hole #6 plays out of the woods, across the creek, and dog ears hard to the left. Hole #11 is a monster; a 911 foot par 4. Hole #17 plays with an old grain silo as an obstacle. And Hole #18 is a beautiful back and forth 716 foot that plays to a man made hill. The bugs can be out of control here, but it's summer. Complaining about mosquitoes seems crazy. This is a beautiful course and a must play for every fan of the sport.

The golf course is named winding creek for a reason and there are now more Kirkland golf balls in that creek than there were before I played 9 holes there. Regardless this is a golf course where all can come and not be judged, but also you might accidentally hit someone's home because there are a lot of homes near the course. I would recommend just hitting the ball to the green every time, then you won't have to worry about ruining someone's day. Buckle up, be safe, have fun, hit golf balls.
