Now I am having to fight for my pay as the dishonest HR and owners don't want to pay us properly. On top of not entering our hours properly in the payroll and refusing to give me a punch#; so I had to rely on Lan Tran the manager to enter my hours. According to the ADP their payroll for this May 20 pay period they are paying me for 11 hours of work, pay day June 11, 2021. Yet I worked more than 11 hours, and it was during May 2022 not in June 2021. Cause in 2021 we weren't even working, that was during the pandemic. Thankfully I found a better job elsewhere, but still need my paycheck to pay bills. read more

I went through quite the motions on my trip here yesterday. My first impressions were generally negative. The place is quite rundown and virtually nothing seems to be updated since the place was expanded to its​ current state - likely late 70's/early 80's. There's an odd medieval​/Robin Hood theme for the park that has nothing to do with marine life IMO. The maintenance in areas is poor and you see lots of overgrowth, moss on buildings and countless other signs of age and neglect. All the rides apart from the skyscreamer also seem to have been here for ages. When I was here in the early part of the day, it was cloudy​ and not very busy, giving this place an eerie feeling - almost like it has one foot in the "25 creepy abandoned places" Buzzfeed article. But I have to say that as the day wore on and by the time I left, my impression improved. Tickets are nearly $50 for adults, but they are a bit cheaper online. Kids aged 4 and under are free which is a huge bonus as my 4-year-old​ was able to take most things in from the park. Parking is free, food is fairly priced, lockers are $2 and you're allowed to bring in outside food. Those savings add up. It then becomes more apples to oranges. If I was paying a comparable amount to Wonderland, I wouldn't consider recommending this place. But since we spend about half of what we would as a family, it's fair value. In fact, the pricing is similar to the CNE, and I'd say you have better rides here, a Marine show, and the extras (parking, food, etc...) are far less too. The fact that it's also less of a draw means that there's little to no wait for rides. Parents will know that is a huge plus. The place at least seemed to draw in more people as the day went on so that it no longer felt creepy at least. The one roller coaster​ (which I didn't have to wait for) does cover a huge area, and has 4 loops, though it's changing speed was a bit odd. The sky screamer is relatively newer and compares or exceeds to almost any drop ride you've seen. Apart from that, it's mostly rides for kids, but there have​ to be about 15-20 rides that should accommodate​ and entertain most kids ages 4-12. The 'theme' of this place is a bit lost for a theme park, but there is, of course,​ the Maine aspect. The 30-minute​ show with dolphins, sea lions and belugas was quite fun (and something you won't find at CNE, Wonderland, etc...). There are​ other viewing areas to see more whales too. Upon leaving, I was almost thinking of awarding the place 4 stars since it was a good day and good value for money. But it does have some flaws which bring it down a bit. With that said, if you have a younger family and temper your expectations, it's a perfectly good place to enjoy a day and not have to dole out a ton of cash. Marineland doesn't have much marine left in it. I am being generous giving it 3 stars because they are trying. I was quite disappointed as there were more rides than marine life. The price was hefty for the value they provide. Marineland show included Dolphins, Beluga Whales and Sea Lions and then they had a killer whale. The aquarium section was very poor and limited as well. The rides on the other were decent but they could give it some aquarium and marine themes to them. The other appalling areas were Red Deer Park and Black Bears areas. These guys need to spend some money and beef up the park and making it less depressing and more add more Sea flavour to it. There is plenty of land and opportunities to improve the current ones. read more

This place is awful.. no way to get to the aquarium if you are disabled. 80 percent of the rides and attractions were closed. The deer were starving. And the bears were constantly begging for food. The 'Everyone Loves Marineland' jingle should be changed to something a bit more depressing. One star goes to the Entertainers who ran the show and had enthusiasm and smiles even though they were likely in a pretty depressing place, as well as, a few employees that had smiles on their face. And the other star goes to the kids that found some joy in the rides that worked, as well as, I was able to get 15,000 steps in. $50! What a cash grab. At most, price should be less than half that price or a bit more. Thankfully parking was free because if it wasn't, even a bigger waste. More than half the rides were not working, there was even the swings we all sat down on and waited to lift off when the person running the ride said the other employee left with the key and she couldn't put the ride on. Likely really? Rides that worked weren't that bad actually. Food stalls weren't open in many parts of the park but that didn't matter since we packed lunch and snacks. The splash pad was actually nice and clean and pretty modern, although there was a 9-10 year old pouting because they said he was too old to go down the metre and a half slide. Ha! The park wasn't too full and it was mostly dead silence, like play some music or something, add flowers and get rid of smoking areas. The poor animals. There was a bear pit where 5-6 black bears were walking around and you could buy feed to toss to them. We saw garbage floating in their water below, as well as, people tossing marshmallows at the bears. Someone needs to break in there and let them free. The deer area was a sad state of affairs, as well as, where the buffalo were housed. Couldn't figure out where they got their drinking water. The water the aquatic animals were swimming in looked a wee bit dirty, really this place needs to shut down, find a sanctuary for all the animals. Oh the grossest part of Marineland is where you can feed the fish - tons of goose poo, and just dirty pond water where these huge fish you can feed live. The bathrooms looked cleaner. Marineland is just a sad, sad place. Deep down inside I have childhood memories of going here with my family, and boy it has gone downhill. It shouldn't exist. It felt wrong. read more

This park made me sad. Obviously it needs serious updating, cleaning, and more staff. Many rides were closed at times due to lack of staff. Plan to walk because the park train is old and only makes a loop every hour. Beverages and food are overpriced. Sad to see whales in tanks with no other mammals or fish. read more

given all that we know about wildlife, captivity, and places like this. it absolutely sucks that zoo's are still open, i'm not a fan of this place, for starters all of the animals, like in any zoo, seem very depressed and sad. I will agree with another persons comment that yes, a train/tram service needs to be in place to help with all of the walking that occurs from point A to point B. as nice as it is to see animals that normally are not from this area of the world, nothing beats seeing them in the wild. at least the workers seem to be pretty happy, even if the animals aren't. this place is decaying from what it once was, back a few decades ago, with all the knowledge in the world now, there's a better choice to see animals. read more

My husband, nineteen-month-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our day at Marineland. There was sooo much to see and do. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins, beluga whales, and sea lions at a show. They and the trainers were terrific, and the show was also educational. We spent a lot of time in both Friendship and Arctic Coves watching the beluga whales both above and below ground. They are beautiful creatures and so hypnotizing to watch. My daughter and I did the beluga encounter at Arctic Cove. She was a little too young yet, I think, and got too nervous to pet Skyla, but I loved feeding and petting her. The park was super clean, relaxing, and literally every single employee we talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We rode several rides (Black Dragon coaster was especially fun) and enjoyed all the animal exhibits, land and sea. We stayed 10:00-4:40. There was a wide variety of foods at the restaurant near the gift shop (Hungry Bear? Spacing on the name.). We definitely recommend this park to others! This place doesn't deserve this star. The place is as empty as a homeless person's bank account. When we went there, there were about 4 rides open. Now, with this park, there is a lot of land, but not a lot of rides. So when you are done riding one ride you have to walk a mere marathon style walk to the next mediocre ride. Their roller coaster was open when we went but there was this awkward section where you would enter this dome looking thingy that had no significance to the ride what so ever. But, according to the park, that was supposed to be a volcano but the park ran out of money, AND MATERIALS, to finish it. So now there is a funnel-shaped skin colored barrier at this awkward section of the roller coaster, making the ride less enjoyable since there is no reason for it to be there to being with. Their drop tower was also opened when we went but it is on top of a steep hill with only one pathway. So you have to walk a tremendous amount of pathway to get on the ride, be unimpressed by the mediocre drop tower, then walk the way you came. In the end, I walked about 25,000 just to ride about 4 rides. The park also had some animal exhibits but all they had were sad, lonely animals that looked abused since day one. That made the park more depressing than it already was. And the park was almost basically empty. I think there was like one other family there, and they didn't look like they were having a blast either. Would not recommend this place to anyone. This place would not entertain anyone of any age, and if you don't want to see depressed animals, then go back the way you came from. If you are in the Niagara Falls area, don't waste about $40.00 to see basically nothing. read more

My husband and I decided to relive childhood memories with a trip to Marineland. It's not quite as I remember it. The idea behind a park like this is great - allow people to interact and see animals. But after visiting and thinking about it, I'm a little less enthused about my trip. I did pay for a chance to feed and interact with a beluga whale, and we went to see the main show. We watched the bears for some time, and we checked out the deer. Personally, I enjoyed these experiences. But it does make me wonder... Is it really safe for these animals to be eating food touched by so many different humans? I made sure to wash my hands, and they made sure we used purel before touching the belugas... but what about the bears and the deer? And the park staff seemed to do nothing when it came to ignorant people (adults and children) chasing after deer. There was garbage in the bear habitat that hadn't been cleaned either. It makes me sad. Especially so when I think about animal enclosures. There seem to be so many animals in relatively small spaces. They are devoid of any interest for the animals. And maybe the most glaring problem I could see cracks and leakage at the Arctic Cove enclosure. It really seemed like this should be fixed - right away. read more

Went here as something to do. My heart went out to the lonely orca swimming in a tank by itself. They are social beings and should be with others. I heard a few people talking about the orca being moved due to recent legislation that was passed. We fed the deer, bears and beluga whales. The food is absolutely disgusting. DO NOT eat here and bring in your own food. What kind of surprised me was that there is no security measures. Maybe cause I'm from the US and we have metal detectors and security at our parks, I expected that too. No lines but lots of walking as there is so much space between sections. read more

This review will be a little bit different than the others I've written. I would actually give Marineland 4 stars. The reason I gave it 5, was to offset some of the negative reviews. if you look at the 6 most recent negative reviews they started piling in, in 2012. In that time the documentary blackfish came out, as well as an article buy a Toronto news paper. I understand the difficulty people may have a place is like this... That being said, I feel the ratings should be to give an idea of customers that, actually want to go of what they can expect not the moral dilemma they should be facing. So now on to my actual review. We came on the first day of the 2014 season. This was my first time coming to the park, my wife and I had a wonderful time. There are were no lines at the rides for us, I don't expect that to be true during tourist season. We enjoyed looking at all of the different animals, marine life and otherwise. It was neat for us to look from the top, then be able to go underneath and see the tanks. I could see it being a lot of walking here for some people, although my wife and I didn't think it was too bad. The add ons such as whale feeding, bear feeding, photographs, etc could easily add up. The arcade was nice, but had a few outdated games. The highlight of the day was obviously the show. You are able to watch dolphins, whales, sea lions and a walrus perform! We got there at 11 and left around 3. For an extra $5 you can get a season pass, which we did. I don't think that would be going every week, but we will return once or twice this year. I hope this review is helpful and strength based. I'm not trying to tear anybody's beliefs down, just review the experience itself. read more

How did this get 2 1/2 stars??? I am glad I didn't look at this first! I come from the land of Great America which I have nightmares about periodically. I have a drawer full of un-used free tickets (enough said...) This place was A GEM! My kids spent an hour alone feeding geese with FREE feed that they put out. Then the dolphin show was mesmerizing even for a 2 year old. The rides were old fashioned yet charming. It is also BEAUTIFUL to walk around (which I bet I did 4 miles of walking minimum) I would buy season passes and go weekly to just walk around...Note though...if you are not in good shape and used to walking it is VERY spread out and requires LOTS of walking read more

I can't believe I'm first to review for Marineland! There are actually three different entries for "Marineland Information", but this one has the correct address for the theme park (one of the other ones is for the marketing/sales dept). My husband, sister, a friend of the sib and myself spent most of a day at Marineland late last August. We're all over twenty years of age (okay, half of the group was more or less thirty), but we still had a blast despite not having kids with us to drag around. We fed some bears, got a chance to pet a beluga whale and a few deer, watched some awe inspiring killer whales, and laughed and squeed at the dolphins, sea lions and a truly adorable walrus. There is nothing more adorable than a gigantic walrus trying to play peek-a-boo with the audience, I must say. The rides were fun, and at 10 am on a Tuesday there were no line ups. For a few of the rides, we were able to go on twice in a row without any sort of wait-time, because it was just that quiet. The shows are short, but at the same time just long enough to keep you interested. If you need a break and a laugh, grab your kids, significant other and or friends and just go. read more

My family and I were there over the weekend and it's not what we expected. Being 8 months pregnant it was A LOT of walking not just on myself but my family also. They need a train or shuttle to each attraction. It was a hot day no misting stations anywhere in the park. Very spread out it would of been nice to to have games on the way or food stands. Not sure what they will do when the killer wale passes away. They have very few water animals works of been nice to see something cool like penguins, a octopus, star fish or any other sea animals. I feel like it's a dying park that either needs to be modernized or shut down. The best part was the shows and the trainers were awesome! read more

I have tried to contact you multiple times and methods regarding our daughters injury at Marineland. Since I have had no reply I will include the letter here. The purpose of this letter is to make you aware of what happened. On Sept 5 at about 3:30pm, Bernadette entered the Magic Experience Ride at your Park. While she was boarding the riding chair someone closed the safety bar on her hand. Though we only knew it ripped her nail out from the back at first... It actually broke her figure, damaged the nail bed, nail matrix and lunalle. She had relatively small cuts on other parts of her hand. However, it was bleeding profusely. First aid was called and the event was recorded with our names. They bandaged the finger to stop the bleed and said that we would need to go to the hospital to see what to do. The nail was still attached at the tip of her finger. She was in a lot of pain as you can imagine. We drove to the local hospital and the wait time was over 4hrs, so we had to go to a walk-in clinic to stop the bleeding. When we arrived at the clinic, they cleaned it a little and said we needed to have stitches and local anesthetic and probably x-rays. This was all very long and drawn out for a 9 year old. We eventually just drove back east towards Whitby, ON because it was faster than waiting. We went to the Ajax Hospital and at about 7pm she was seen. There they spent about 45min cleaning her hand, freezing and stitching (5 stitches). And then bandaging it. They then did an x-ray and found her finger was broken. Nurses came to the house daily for a couple of weeks to change the bandages and she was given antibiotics because it went basically right through her finger. On a positive note the ride operator responded well to her injury. He stopped the loading and got control of the situation. He also gave his ice water to sooth the hand and slow the bleeding. However the reason for the letter is this. I believe there is negligence in the training of the operators. To save other children from having to experience needless injury operators should give instruction on how to enter the ride every time. It should be loud and clear. We noticed that on many of the rides kids just run on with no instruction whatsoever. And for many of them it is their first time. As humans, we need reminders to control ourselves. Super depressing place the animals do not seem happy:) I went there in 2013 and I still think about Marineland . All of the attractions that involved animals seem to really unnatural. They put some kind of chemical on your hands before you can pet the whales . I don't think we pet whales in the ocean so not sure why this exhibit exists The bears are being fed corn Pops and seem to just be begging it was really strange to think that what you were teaching these little children that you can feed bears :( good luck on a camping trip The deer Pavalion had some that looked very sick and missing fur, there was no Park employee over seeing and the deers were really aggressive some had Malnutrition. They were feeding them ice cream cones . I don't think deers eat ice cream cones in the wild The weird show where they all perform was totally bizarre, I don't know how many times a day the same animals performed that same show:( The walrus looks like it was going to collapse on stage. And you just have to wonder because this is something you have never seen in the wild of how much animal abuse went into making that show beside the pavilion they had the retired animals which the person who work there told us because these sea lions were too old they would not perform anymore so now they live in a small overcrowded tank.. I went there with a friend who wanted to become a marine biologist and had a deep interest but even he agreed it was very sad I really feel like this park if it is going to stay open it needs to have its self redone as it seems really sad not how animals would live organically.. 1 star is an understatement.The staff are probably the most amusing thing there and theyre not why I went to the amusment park. Went there 4 times throughout my life and have never been amused by anything other than the 'travelling circus' level drop zone ride. Please google before visiting. Had to wait 45 minutes for a walrus to leave the main pool when he didnt want to do the show. The animals are scared (scars) and always behaving erratically when I have been there. The whole thing feels like a travelling circus. And it wasnt at all educational. Go to Canadas Wonderland or Clifton Hill worth the extra drive. read more

This used to be a really fun place for me as a kid. It was magical, and you'd sing that theme song over and over again in your head. Recently went with my toddler daughter, and I will never go again. She had fun, but there are much better places to spend your money. Go to Safari Niagara - it's much more worthwhile. This place hasn't changed since I was a kid (at least 35+ years ago). It's like you step into a time machine. This also means that the facilities are exactly the same (no change tables, just a counter), the only one food court/cafeteria is exactly the same (same menu), and the exhibits haven't changed either (from information, to safety measures etc). It's so glaringly obvious that they need to modernise, but would rather profit. The $47.95+tax admission fee is so steep. I'm glad I had a corporate discount ($40) but still a hefty price for what you're getting. You can pay another $5 to get a season pass (for the same season). We did enjoy the main Marineland show. Dolphins, Beluga Whales and Sea Lions. I'm both sad and happy that they got rid of the killer whale demonstration. I'm sad only because it was a staple of the park, and great show, however, being more informed about the whales, this is all a very good decision. There is only one killer whale in the park, and still kind of frightening to see. I think they added the sea lions to this show, as there is another aquarium adjacent, that used to house seals and sea lion shows, which is like a ghost town. Although there are 2 seals there in an unused theatre, and tropical fish, there's another cafeteria that's not opened. I just don't get why they don't spend the money to re-haul the place and make it less depressing. It was just down hill from there. We went to the Red Deer Park, which also used to be a fun experience, but now the deer seem so deprived of food, they literally attack you after you pay your $3.50 (!!) for feeding kibble (in an ice cream cone, which probably not healthy for them either). I remember as a kid, it was way more calm, and my parents felt safe enough to have me stand and feed the deer. it's dangerous, they have antlers. What's worse is there are NO park staff to watch and monitor. If anything goes wrong, there's no supervision. Theres a lot of walking in the park. I don't get why things are not closer together. Next we saw the Beluga Whales. There are a lot of them. I guess they keep breeding, as well as they seem like the main attraction at the park. They have them in all 3 pools. One of them you can pay money to get up close and feed them fish, which could be fun. The other appalling area was the Black Bears area. These poor bears. You can also buy food to feed them, but they give you CORN POPS in an ice cream cone. Can't they provide some more appropriate food for these poor things. They also seem to not be fed regularly, and because of this, just spend the whole time begging for food. The barriers are basically open, and any one and throw anything into the pool to feed them. This includes, goldfish crackers, plastic bags (!), and this one women seemed to this it was appropriate to bring corn pops, smother it with peanut butter and honey, and throw it at the bears.Another area of the park to put more safety measures, spend some money on barriers, and stop allowing people to feed the bears. This makes it seem like it's safe to do this if you encounter bears in the wild!!! And yet, there are NO Educational signage etc around either. There is also a fish feeding area. Another place for them to collect money from me. Look at the photos, there are no barriers to prevent a small child from falling into the river. Not to mention prevent idiot people from trying to catch and pick up fish / ducks with their bare hands. And I also saw no lifeguarding equipment around. Spending time here was nerve wracking and stressful because I had to hold my child back from the water. Lastly, there is another place you can feed elk, from behind some fencing. All this feeding and stuff is fun I guess, but when it's at the expense of the health of the animals, it's just sad and disgusting. You can feed animals too at Safari Niagara, but only certain ones, and you're given appropriate food. There are also signage, making the people aware of what is appropriate and what's not. There are also rides (no extra cost) for the kids to enjoy. This is a nice feature, but again looks like it also hasn't changed. For the price you pay, it's not worth it. And personally wouldn't come back again until there were substantial improvements. We like animals, and dolphins, beluga whales and deer, I feel like I can see them anywhere. read more

Other than childhood memories, this park unfortunately needs to be closed down - for the sake of the animals. 14 whales in one tank! You can have a "whale" experience by feeding them to watch them do tricks for a little food. And staff said, "In the wild they'll die, here at least they get some food". Shameful!!! The worst customer service ever at MarineLand park, Niagara Falls. They were closed for some days due to some repairs at the park; and on the day they opened the park, many of the rides were closed because they were short staffed - it seems they are always short staff! The operation hours were posted as 10am to 8pm. However at 6pm, they decided to close the park because of the rain, although it was rainy the whole day! There was no other days for us to come again, as we drove more than 2-hours to spend some days at Niagara Falls, so we basically stuck with paying the admission fees and didn't enjoy the park. It's non-refundable and no credit for next year, and they refused to cooperate. So we had to stay for a couple of more days to make it up for the kids. Mike, the supervisor, is very rude, dishonest and inconsiderate person. He kept pushing the people to leave the park, some of them were running in the rain, and some others who couldn't walk properly, they slipped and got injured, He didn't offer to help but threatened to call the police! In fact, the police came and surprisingly acknowledged the terrible customer service and the bad reputation of MarineLand! And advised to take it to the court. It looks like the management team is very careless and unprofessional. And it seems that the business reputation is very bad. The park is not professionally run, they have many violations, and sadly their customer service is extremely bad, which is very alerting to families travelling to spend some days at Niagara Falls. Don't ruin your vacation and risk it by visiting MarineLand. There are many other places to visit much better, safer and more entertaining than MarineLand. We will never try or recommend MarineLand again, at least until the management team changes! read more

Our first visit to Marineland was 3 weeks ago and we were more than thrilled with the performance of dolphins and belugas. Neither of us had ever seen a show like that. So well done. Sadly to say much of the rest of the theme park was a difficult trek for two people in their 70's as a lot of walking was involved. Also the attractions were spaced a large distance apart, so we didn't get to all of them. A shuttle service would have been welcome. We did see staff buzzing by and were tempted to flag one down. Oh Marineland. What do I have to say about you? Your tv ads are addictive and the effort paid off. On one sunny summer day, our family made the trek out to Marine Land so we can see the dolphins and enjoy the rides. After spending a good 5 hours at the park, here's what I have to say: The entrance fees are ridiculously expensive. There was not that much to do. OR at least anything that caught our family's eyes We saw some shows (they were good), ate some expensive food, and spent the majority of the time walking as there is quite a bit of distance between attractions. Did we enjoy the experience? Sure. It was a nice family day, enough to see and do for a half day trip if you are willing to fork over some cash. We spent the rest of the day at Niagara. Probably won't be going back to Marineland anytime soon though. It's one of those places that you go once as a kid and then once when you have a kid. There's just not enough to see and do in my opinion. read more

Is a sad sad place, it looks so outdated feels like 1973 a place forgotten by time. Last time it was when kids were small 15 years ago nothing changed for better just for worst. Wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. The animals are treated terribly and it's more depressing than fun.

Don't come here unless you want to support this organization. The enclosures are tiny, too many animals in one pool. The walrus looks like he lives in a dingy sewer. If the park wasn't built on these marine mammals it would be alright. The rides are fine for little kids and the property is quite large. But wow is everything outdated and dirty looking. Do you really think killer whales are fine in that confined place? If you do then you've never seen any sort of video of them in the wild. All of these animals are basically floating, which is insanely unnatural. There is no reason not to believe the former staff members stating that the conditions are poor because you can go and see for yourself. And please go out to the coast and enjoy the sea life there. read more

For 50.00 bucks I expected it to be nice. The entrance is dull and the parking lot sucks. They pull in a lot of money each day and they cant put any money into the park? Half the time it felt like we were on a path in the woods. No cute little statues on the sides of the paths or anything. Didnt feel inviting. Almost everyone was complaining that they would never go back. Staff was very rude, 4 rides were down and only 2 concession stands were open and they had the same snacks. I would never recommend this place nor will we ever go back. Next time I will spend my money on Clifton hill. The only good thing was the show. read more

I will not support an organization like Marineland. Amusements parks with rides and entertainment are one thing. But animal neglect and abuse is another. I Every time I went in the past was mostly for the rides as my young one did not have the attention span to sit through the shows and to see Whales and other animals do jumps and balance balls on their noses is lets face it archaic. When I looked at the deer and other woodland creature, that was sad. Smelly, barren and not a place where animals should be kept. Replace all the tanks and zoos with giant television screens showing the same shows and people would not mind. Have more rides and live performers instead and you'd have something I might visit and be proud to have in our city. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went here as a child and even then I found it depressing. If you are thinking of going please read the Toronto Star article on Marineland, August 15, 2012. Nothing educational about this place, just sick animals in poor conditions. If you really need your children to see animals take them to the Toronto Zoo. "Everyone loves Marineland"....except the animals. read more

When I was here as a child, I went to visit the walrus tank and it was probably the most depressing experience of my life which I still remember vividly. The walrus was kept in isolation in a vacant room that hardly any visitors frequented. The deer are an incredibly sad sight to see and the habitat for them should not be in a Sahara-like setting. Just typing this out right now makes me nauseous. If you haven't had the displeasure of visiting Marineland, count yourself lucky. The orca tanks are way too small for their size and the belugas are the only animals that don't look like they're about to commit suicide on account of their perma-grins. Yes, the shows are interesting but think about what it took for the animals to perform.
