They took care of puppy destruction one visit and dog diarrhea another changing the diet to boiled chicken and rice. Always with great communication throughout to let me know what was happening. Offered to take dog to vet when he was sick with diarrhea. My house and my animals are safe and well cared for. Never feel worried while on vacation. Highly recommend her service!

I dropped my pup off at a house, not the house in the web-site picture. A house that's a little rough. OK. I dropped him off at 8:30 am. I didnt hear from her all day and into the evening so I texted her to make sure everything all right. (9 pm) She answered that he was there on her bed. No other communication or photos. OK... I pick him up at 8 the next morning. It is a frigid cold day and she answered the door in short pants and flip flops. I wonder where my pup is-- oh, he is out back. Alone. Paw freezing icy cold snow which I warned her he cant take on his pads. She goes into the kitchen and lets him in. That was odd to me, but OK. I Venmo her payment. She says the amount was wrong, I owed her for 2 fees, a day fee and a night fee (double what I paid her). I told her he was there for 24 hours so that seemed like one fee and was with every other pet sitter I have used. I questioned it, not because she doesnt have the right to set her own fees, but it doesnt say anything about it on her web site. She also didnt tell me before hand. I was thinking about it (I don't want to stiff someone, especially small biz owner) and pointing it out to her about her web site and she just kept saying it was on there which was either a lie or serious forgetfulness. After I pointed this truth out trying to figure out why I was getting gas lit she sent me a mean text about how difficult and a waste of time I am when I should be grateful to her taking such good care of him. Grateful? Isn't that basic decency? That's a little grandiose-- which sums up the whole thing.

The staff is usually super friendly and helpful. They also ask questions about your set up which is kind as they are looking out for the well-being of their fish they are selling you. They offer so many different items for different pets that people have. They also offer grooming and training services but I haven't used either of them in the past. The parking lot is a bit undersized for all of the offered shops in the strip mall. But I have not had too big of an issue finding parking most of the time. However getting out of the parking lot onto route 30 (Lancaster Ave) can be a pain if you're trying to pull out across traffic.
