The food was solid but service was fantastic. On one occasion, Cesar had Gustavo assist. Gustavo was a very happy proud employee. The Sunday buffet was legit! There was an omelet station, someone making homemade tortillas for tacos, Bloody Mary's, fresh squeezed orange juice and watermelon juice. It had everything! Everyone seemed happy. For breakfast, Siete is very much a traditional buffet. There's a large selection, but some of the breads and pastries sit out in the open and can get stale pretty quickly. The omelet stations were one of the better features. They have two of them, which helps keep the lines moving, and there are a ton of toppings to choose from. The omelets were pretty good, although like most omelet bars, they were slightly overcooked. The standout part of breakfast was the fresh fruit and smoothie station. I believe the gentleman working there was named Marco, and he was awesome. He made our smoothies three different mornings and was always energetic, friendly, and happy to help people figure out what flavors would work well together. They had an impressive selection of ingredients too, including things like prickly pear, aloe vera, and other fruits and vegetables you don't normally see at a breakfast buffet. They also have cereal, meats, a Bloody Mary station, and plenty of other breakfast options, so there's something for just about everyone.
