I was then promptly taken for a relaxing hair wash before being seated at my station to have my hair dried. Throughout the visit, the attention to detail stood out--there was a variety of complimentary drinks offered along with a small cookie, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. If I had been notified, I wouldn't have wasted over two hours driving. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. There was no tangible effort to make things right--no attempt to fit me in, prioritize me for another appointment, or offer any accommodation after I had cleared my schedule to see them and spent so much time traveling and waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, but unfortunately, I left feeling like my time wasn't valued, and I can't recommend a salon that handles scheduling errors this way. Additional note: My appointment was originally in August, but I rescheduled for July. I received a cancellation email for the August booking, but never the July one because I didn't cancel it.
