I was happy enough with the oil: they remembered to put the cap on!! But when I had the owner do something a little more complicated, he blamed me and my car when he got it wrong twice. He should have been out able to admit that he was out of his depth but he didn't want to lose more time or money: He left that to me. A dealer figured it out in an hour but by then, I had spent several hundred dollars and wasted a lot of time. You've been warned - never again for me.

He was courteous, very accommodating and took the time to take all my vehicle information to ensure he had the right elements to complete the job. He also gave me a quote and that was the price I paid when all was said and done. I arrived at the appointed time, within a minute, Ted was there to meet me in the parking lot with clipboard in hand, took control and an hour and a half later, the project was done.
