The place itself is quite nice. Steam punk decor which I loooove, spacious indoor, outdoor seating as well. It was hard to choose from what we wanted because everything looked amazing. They do have a new menu item, called Croshell, so we had the cookies and cream one... insaneeee. And it came with a cute labubu chocolate. From their beautiful signature selections we went with their Ferrero labubu and their treasure chest. I can't tell you which one was better because both delicious. We were checking out this lively area near the Doral Yards and decided to grab some desserts. Cool ice cream shop. Reminds me of some movies that has inventions and technology. The menu offers regular ice cream in cones, sundae, and milkshake with or without alcohol. Just walk up to the counter and place your order, they will give you a pager. Once your order is ready, the pager will go off and grab it at the end of the counter. I was amazed at the nitrogen mixing into the ice cream to make it freeze, you can see the smoke coming out. Came here for dessert and had a pleasant experience. There is a decent selection of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got cake batter with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and it was a stellar combo. The staff was super friendly but did take their sweet time making things despite the line. The cashier wore AirPods the entire time and kept asking me to repeat my order which I didn't love, but alas. Overall, it was a really clean place with cool decor and plenty seating as well. I was hesitant to try this ice cream for a very long time although I love nitrogen ice cream. It took me a while because all the photos of the ice creams looked too wild for me. I like good flavors without the sugar overdosing. I also don't love overly sweet, large, or colorful desserts. I think this place has options to spike ice creams as well, but we just had drinks so we got our ice creams plain. I was very surprised at how incredibly delicious the pistachio ice cream was. My mom actually stole many bites from my cup and she is much pickier than me. Sadly I had to take away one star because the coffee ice cream was not that great. Don't know if it's the vegan base or the coffee flavor itself but I wasn't into it. I am no stranger to getting vegan bases either, I didn't like it sweetened with stevia and I think the flavor of the coffee could improve. Ok ok so I have been following this place for months. Never knew there was a location I Doral until the other night out with some friends, and we rolled by. The damn line was out the door, and it was like 9 pm if that gives you a clue that this place has a following. We went over to the courtyard cause the music was energetic and live. Now, originally, we were going to get some churros, but my peeps were like bump that once we told them spiked had alcohol infused ice cream. We were actually leaving Doral yard and did a u turn and parked again that's how serious it was. We both got the Nutella alcohol infused ice cream to share with our spouses. I did go for the Ferrero Crunch which was so pretty. The ice cream had a gold dust which gave it this whimsical vibe. Hands down, THE BEST PISTACHIO ICE CREAM I have had since tasting pistachio gelato in Italy and Spain. From the moment you look at it you can tell that color is not coming from a pistachio flavored syrup. No bright mint colored ice cream. That's a no for me. I finished my ice cream less than an hour ago and I could not wait to write this review. Just so impressed! I ordered the regular size and it was the equivalent to a large one anywhere else. Hence the price, for the quality and quantity, seemed more than fair to me. My husband ordered his classic Nutella, a large one, and boom! Same thoughts. The Nutella flavor is easier to attain, we have found them at some other nitrogen places, but this one was last to none. This large one lasted forever. The small ice particles worked their magic. No doubt. Just remembered, both our orders were evenly mixed. There were no white ribbons of only ice cream base to be seen. The owner, Jesse, who took our oder and made me feel confident about my pistachio order, is a young Moroccan guy who is definitely bringing his best. We will be back and this time I'll remind him to make me a coffee/nut concoction. He promised he could come up with something great. I won't be commenting much on the ambience since that's probably very obvious and even deceiving I'd say. Walking in I thought it was maybe only an IG worthy ice cream place and oh, was I wrong. The nitrogen ice cream always has better density and consistency which makes the ice cream last longer and with the generous portions served I was really happy. I got a large($8.99) for me made out of 3 solid large scoops of Nutella and a regular($6.99) for my wife of 2 solid scoops of Pistachio. Price was high but I didn't care because their product size dwarfed the competitors and they have real pistachio ice cream. The pistachio is made out of real grounded pistachios and not a colorant additive. Real flavor. The place is very colorful and well designed with lots of lights, sculptures and brick walls. Very cool temperature inside and modern disco music in the background to set a happy mood. The first impression was flashy and Instagram ready for picture kind of place but the quality and atmosphere instantly had my wife and I discussing how we had found our next go-to ice cream place in Doral. The kids loved the ice cream and the color changing spoons. For adults I saw alcohol ice cream options. I didn't try those. Counted 9 tables and 35 chairs inside, plus 8 tables and about 30 chairs outside which means there will be space for the amount of people I anticipate will crowd the place when finding out this gem. They only had couple of people running the place around 2:00PM but they explained they have 7 servers in power hour at night time. I hope the place keeps up the good quality and maintain service & price when the place gets popular. read more
