Not sure why some of the initial reviews were not good. It did make me a bit sketch before actually trying it out. This place is great. Many varieties and they have a few dessert items too. I had a red bean smoothie with coconut and my friend had a pina colada smoothie with popping boba (other places call it exploding boba). I'll be back to try a boba waffle and ice cream dessert! They are a bit more expensive than other boba places, but in my case, location makes it worth it. The next nearest place is master tea near Pacific Ocean on 120th. read more

Probably one of the best boba shops around. Secretly famous for their vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly, you get the right amount of bitterness and sweetness. Their milk teas are also pretty good (depending on who makes them). read more

I love trying new Boba places around Denver. This place has a really diverse menu and based on previous reviews I have the Wintermelon a try and it's delicious! We ordered a hot latte with boba and it was luke warm. Asked them to heat up and they said they would make a new one. Waited 20mins and ended getting a refund. They looked at us like it's crazy to expect it to be hot when you order a hot latte. read more

Great place for a milk tea with all the fixings. I'm from S. Cali and there's a place similar to this too. But the family owned atmosphere makes it even better and personable. My favorite flavor so far is the Green Tea with taro and red beans...yum yum. read more

I'm going to be honest, not the best. I went here with my parents. I got strawberry green tea with popping boba. I normally get flavored milk from another place, but I wanted to try something new. I liked the strawberry tea, I never tried flavored tea. After a couple of sips I got some boba, but 90% of the entire drink was popped. Then my dad got an Oreo shake, but it had boba. He didn't realize it had boba till we left. Chocolate milk tasting drink doesn't go so good with a flavorless gummy with the texture of a slimy booger. First time visiting this location. Tea was just okay. Learned afterwards though Yelp that we could choose our sweetness level. Never offered this option when ordering. Most tables were dirty at the time we got there. The one table we got which wasn't as dirty was super wobbly. It seemed like mostly teenagers working there, maybe that's why. read more

Not the best place I've gotten boba from. My taro boba was plain tasting had no real flavor to it.. I've been here twice hoping for a different experience and nothing special. I will be 100% honest: this place is fire! So far, this is the best place that I have tried, which is impressive considering the prominent boba places around here in Oregon (ShareTea, Mocha, Five Flavors, Milk and Tea, Bubble and Tea, Kung Fu Teahouse, and Bubble Bubble) and in Seattle (Gossip, Ambrosia). The first time I went, I ordered their special Wintermelon Fresh Milk, which is perfect in terms of flavor and sweetness. Second time around, I ordered four more drinks: Taro milk tea, Passion tea, piña colada smoothie, and the green milk tea. The texture of the boba and the chewiness was spectacular, one of the best I've ever had. The shop itself is very spacious, big, and well designed (angel wings are a nice place for people to take a picture for insta). Overall, I would definitely come again whenever I am in town again and highly recommend it to everyone! read more

Went here for the first time on 9/7/20 around 7:00pm. The cashier was really friendly and greeted us right away. We ordered 3 drinks and they were ready in a very timely manner. The interior design and decorations were cute. It's spacious for a boba shop and I like that. Especially during Covid-19 times, there's plenty of space to physically distance 6ft apart. Our drinks were very good. The boba was a little on the harder side for my liking but it was still good. I love their variety of drinks. I will definitely come back to try more! read more

This place is a rip off. It's about $10 for a large drink that's not filled up all the way to the top (about an inch and a half yet to be filled). I thought it was just a mistake the first two times. This happened again and this is why I'm writing this review. The drinks are delicious, especially the wintermelon milk drink, but you're better off spending $10 somewhere else. read more

Very cute place! The decor and set up is very nice and welcoming. The boba is very sweet which I appreciate since I have a sweet tooth. I was very happy when I saw that they started a drive thru window, but while paying it was so awkward. The girl laughed and said, "do you want to tip me?" And so of course we did, but very weird. I recommend going inside and hopefully they can start a new transaction system so you can avoid the awkward facial exchanges. read more

I was so exited when I heard that a boba shop was opening in the same complex as my favorite nail place. After my sister and got our nails done, we went to go check it out since it was their first day opening. I asked if they had any promotion and the owner said not today but come back Friday! It's BOGO! We still order drinks and let me tell you, the Thai tea was pretty bomb. On Friday when my sister and I went back, we asked that since it was grand opening, they told us it was BOGO. The owner told me he doesn't know who was spreading rumors but they never said anything like that. In the back of my mind, I wanted to say YOU told me that and you just lie to my face! I was like, whatever let's just get our drinks and go. We literally waited 30mins for our drinks and when we got home, our drinks was so plain and tasteless, we ended up throwing it away. This place is bad! They start off with such a big menu with little help that they did not have their sandwiches and bubble waffles ready when they opened. As much as I would love to support them...I've had bad experiences here. I honestly do not recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather drive all the way to Aurora to get amazing tasting boba then something like this! read more

The boba here is delicious; we got the Early Grey Milk Tea and a Latte with boba. Service was quick, staff was laidback and chill, and made our visit feel homey. I had a small issue with my drink but they had no problem remaking the drink. The decor was so cute and it was fun to take pictures in front of the backdrops. read more

Just found this place and was so happy as it's a boba place much closer to me. I LOVE the bubble waffles and the ginger milk tea. The people are friendly and I love the walls with wings and roses. Perfect for a nice Instagram photo. They also have foosball table and other games. I can't wait to try out all the other flavors they have. Definitely recommend them. read more

My previous review of this business was pretty brutal. My friends have encouraged me to give Spill the Tea Boba another chance, and I'm very glad they did. I have learned to stick to only two flavors on the menu: WINTER MELON TEA and Caramel black milk tea. I believe that these flavors are the shining stars on the menu, and I enjoy them every time I come to the store. Costumer service has much improved, and I enjoy being able to play the board games and foosball table with my friends when we visit. To the owners and workers of this boba shop, thank you for taking the time to evaluate and fix previous complaints surrounding your business, and improving as a team to make experiences better for costumers when they visit. All of the winter-melon drinks there are amazing! But I didn't like any of their other drinks... usually I'm not a sweet person but the taro milk tea was very bland and not sweeten at all. They also messed up my orders a few times (missing toppings). I usually ask for no ice and the more time I ask for no ice the less the drink gets. The first time I ask for no ice it was reasonable, but now 1/3 of the cup is empty. Their bubble waffle is not the best. Besides that everyone there is really kind and friendly. read more
