The pricing is normal i suppose. It's a regular wash house. They make you use a pay card now. It can be convenient. Just cost a dollar and this way you're not stuck with quarters in your pocket or wallet. The lady who was there was pretty helpful. Vending machines are in there. Great variety if you get hungry or thirsty. read more

I like this place, it's clean and the attendants are friendly. The only issues I have is that every morning, when the Owner, I assume, is there she props the front doors wide open. It's summer in Vegas, 100 plus degrees outsideand all the dryers are going. She seems to do this quite routinely, I've got no idea why but it's really annoying. The other issue, is the amount of apparently homeless that wonder in and hang out. It's one thing to come in a wash clothes, but when I've got to hover over my dryer sheets bc I'm getting asked for dryer sheets, there's a problem. Count your sheets out prior to going in, geez. While visiting Las Vegas, we have come to this laundromat couple of times. It's pretty clean, and with maintained washers & dryers. Laundry detergents and softeners for purchase available. There is an attendant present if assistance is needed. The washers use quarters ($2.50) ... BUT for the dryers operate by inserting a card that you purchase from a machine. All in all, a good place to do your loads of laundry. Not crowded during the weekdays, not sure about weekends. read more

Place was really good before but now since they added the little back room for specific people to come wash massive amounts of clothes there is barely any washers or dryers to be used. Both sides of the dryers are completely filled with white sheets from what looks like hotels and brown comforters as well. The little mexican lady whos suppose to be cleaning the laundromat spends most yer time gossiping and eating than cleaning. The only person i actually see cleaning is the asain lady thats here. Also they keep raising the prices on there washers. Overall was a nice place but seems to be going down the drain. read more

I can't speak to the service or cleanliness. Nor can I comment on the use of the machine. This laundromat uses a "money card" system. Not a problem. But it only allows you to use cash to put money on the card. The lady working said I need to go get cash and come back. She wasn't rude. Just informative. So I went to the bank. Upon my arrival I tried to use the $20 dollar bills I got from the bank. The machine doesn't accept 20's. So I went to a store to make change. When I returned the machine said I need exact bills. I wasn't about to leave again to go back. The lady was nice enough and she felt bad for me but that doesn't help me. It's 2018. Card machines exist. OR!! Just stick to a quarter system. No questions or tricks to how that works. read more

This place can be great and can be a big mess depends on who is in charge, today it was a mess, the girl couldn't get it under control also the angry and resenting attitude doesn't play your way. 7 washing machines with close inside standing and no one care, people just leave their close or it's the workers, I asked if it's gonna get cleared soon, the woman was so angry and irritated that is was a disgrace to stay and deal with it! We had 15 loads to wash and the laundromat we usually go to was packed so we went over to Spin Cycle. They have 6 load washing machines in the back that cleaned efficiently and left our clothes few fresh and clean. The dryers are huge and work amazingly! We had huge loads of clothes and it dried each load in one 40 minute run. I seen people complaining about the prices but I. My opinion they were super affordable. The 6 load washer is $6.25 and the dryer is 00.25 cents for 8 minutes. The facilities are clean, the ice cream machine was awesome, and the attendant that was there was super sweet and very thorough when cleaning and sanitizing everything. My washer broke down this week. Needed to get my laundry done before I go back to work on Monday, so of course I used Yelp. Found that Spin Cycle was close, so here I am. The attendant was helpful since I was a newbie. She helped me get my money card loaded and showed me how to use it in the machines. There were various sizes of washing machines and the prices were clearly marked. The prices for the washers and dryers were so reasonable. I was also able to purchase dryer sheets that I needed. This place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Spin Cycle. read more

We were on vacation and needed some clothes washed, not wanting to sit and wait to wash and dry, we found Spin Cycle Laundromat who does wash and fold. The place was very clean, the woman who helped me was super nice. Our clothes were folded very neatly and smelled so clean and fresh. We were very impressed so we went back to have a few more items washed before heading out of town. The two times we had our clothes washed it only took a couple of hours to have it done. read more

I have been coming here on and off for around a year now. Never have I ever had a problem but it is starting to seem more and more that more machines washers and dryers are broken. I understand that to a limit not every machine will work at any given time but when only half the store works. Plus they do not even need to rush to be fixed I mean laundry is something that has to be done and you come here for a reason that is to do laundry you didn't come here to not do laundry. But that reason I gave one star is completely different. In the span of two hours I was there I saw two roaches that just walked around without a care in the world what I find utterly disgusting. This place doesn't even have food so why would they be here. read more

Went on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. All the machines weren't broke. Bring cash to load your card up for use. I had mostly heavy bedding & comforters which was much cheaper to do here than pay a dry cleaner to do all the stuff I had. Only took me 2 hrs total for everything. A lot of machines were broken even their change machine. The card loader cost $3 for a new card...it took my $3 and then said I need to deposits another $1. Luckily I had a extra buck in my car because THERE IS NO ATTENDANT TO ASSIT or give change! I have been going for several months to this location. I do laundry for local business. Over time I've noticed that the attendant keeps calling the cops on people. I thought this was odd. i was drying sheets as i normally do and the dryer started to moan. I stopped the dryer and called the attendant. She told me that she had just done a load in this dryer and it was fine. She turned it back on. I said do you hear it moaning, she said it would be fine. When the load finished i was taking out my sheets and to my horror my sheets had been burnt by the dryer 5 gapping big holes the sheets were ruined. These were 80.00 sheets at Costco Kirkland brand. When i complaint to the attendant, she said what? you want me to pay for your sheets? Her attitude went from friendly to nasty. I asked for the owner name and number and she refused but said she would call him and tell him what happened. However, i have no idea what she said because they spoke in Spanish. She got off the phone and said he would check out the dryer and i was to come back tomorrow after he checked it out. To see what they would do about the situation. I then tried to get the license number for the establishment. which was inside her office, hidden from view. One i wrote the business license number down. I asked for the owners name and phone number again. She then said because i had invaded her space by walking into her office. she would not give it to me. I told her by law she was required to have tbusiness license visible and that i did nothing wrong by walking over to where i could write it down. It was clear to me that this company is very shady. My company bought new sheets and wrote off the loss. Since the next day, she was not there and the attendant that was there, had no idea what i was talking about, she also refused to give me the number or name of the owner. read more

I am giving this place 3 stars because of their attendant. My washer and dryer at home aren't working and won't be fixed for another few days. Instead of waiting I came here. I haven't had to use a laundromat since 2003! So seeing that the machines take cards I proceeded to use my debit card. It didn't work on 3 diff machines. I asked another lady who was here and she was rude so I went on a search for the attendant. She barely explained that I needed to purchase a reloadable laundromat card. I speak both English and Spanish but it shouldn't have been an issue since I was my always kind self. Noticing the way she spoke to other customers as if they were all family is what made me aware of the difference. The tops of the machines could use a good wipe down. Otherwise this place is worth it if you need it. Prices were very reasonable all TVs are showing Novelas which I like and there's plenty of places to get food while you are here and waiting. Once their attendant learns to treat everyone with the kindness they treat her with this place will be worth all 5 stars! read more

She walked me through the card purchase process and explained the machines that were available. I was pleased because it was not busy and the machines were clean. My washer broke so I had to come here and wash my clothes. It's pretty clean place. The attendant was very nice and helpful, greeted me with a smile when I came in and has done the same for all her other patrons. Plenty of washers and dryers and from I can tell most of them are in working condition. Also has vending machines with soda, snacks and ice cream, which is nice but there is also a 99 cent store and Mexican market on either side. The have different size washers to choose from; single loads, 3 loads, 6 loads and 8 loads. They also have different sized driers. Prices are cheap considering how nice this place is compared to others charging the same. I also love the fact that most of their folding stations have stools for one to sit on and plenty of laundry carts. There are two tv's but it's set to the Spanish channel. Washing times vary from like 25 - 35 mins but clothes came out clean. Also the dryers did a great job. If my washer isn't fixed by next week I won't mind having to come back. read more
