Wow! Mix has the best chai that I have ever had in Oregon. They make it from scratch daily, NOT from a container! I suggest getting the chai tea latte with cashew milk and vanilla syrup (which they also make from scratch from actual vanilla beans)! Besides the amazing drinks, Mix also has healthy snacks. In addition the staff is super friendly, upbeat, helpful, positive and outgoing. I look forward to my Chai EVERY Thursday. Hopefully they will open an additional location near my home or office so that I could enjoy it even more often! read more

Stopped in because I saw they had fresh berry smoothies. They heard what I like and what I don't like and made me a smoothie that was perfect for me. I'm a little picky. They didn't say what's on the menu is what you get! Instead they made one special for me and made sure I liked it before they would charge me for it! Very happy with them. read more

If I didn't already live down the street from this stand, I would probably want to move to this side of town to be closer. As an avid coffee aficionado of almost 20 years, I can tell you that they serve the best coffee in Southern Oregon. To be honest, I've never had a bad anything here. Their oatmeal bowl options are a decadent breakfast splurge- served beautifully and and always satisfying. Their smoothies are delicious and the Green Apple is my absolute favorite. But the coffee... the coffee will bring you back every time. The hot coffees. The iced coffees. The blended coffees. Each one is delicious in its own way. You'll never be able to pick a favorite and you'll need to go back every day to try a new one. My 2 favorites are iced lavender mochas and blended Madagascars. To top it all off- I love that it's locally owned and operated. You're chance of meeting one of the owners is really good and you can see they care about their service, clients, cleanliness, and product. OMG! I just had the BEST take-out, pick-up Chai latte of my life! I usually make my own chai, but I was recently unexpectedly hospitalized with life-saving surgery. When I came out, I had no chai! I tried several of the disgusting syrupy pre-made carton chai drinks at the store and found that even the 'reduced sugar' was a mess. My husband remembered SPINach. What a wonderful surprise! Pungent, with a lovely spice aroma, and not too sweet! This chai will delight your senses and warm your chest. The owner makes it herself and it shows! The smoothies here are great, fresh and yummy. The acai bowl was pretty good as well, the fruits are fresh and nicely decorated. I wouldn't say they are my go to place in town for an acai bowl, but definitely a close second. Service is EXCELLENT, friendly and quick. I stopped by early on Monday morning while driving through town. I've never even been through Medford before, and I did a quick yelp search for coffee and Mix Coffee came up. I was half awake and I talked to the owner for a few minutes and he was SO helpful and kind. I ended up getting the Indonesian Smoothie and it was bomb. I also got a drip coffee from thump, which was brewed to perfection. Overall, was so pleasantly surprised to have found this little place. Tonight was my first time finally heading here from Ashland to try this little coffee shop that I have been told well about and wanting to try. I ordered the Peach Banana Powerbowl. I was expecting a fresh smoothie bowl as it is advertised and as I drove off I came to the realization that the smoothie was frozen hard. It did not have the smoothie like texture even when it melted. I was expecting a freshly blended smoothie not one that was saved from earlier in the day and put in the freezer. Wow! I was driving through Medford and searched for best healthy breakfast in Medford Oregon and found this unique find. You've got to drop by this place. My father had the red white and blue bowl and it was absolutely spectacular. I had the steel cut oats blueberry and Chia seeds with some Help milk in it also delivered in a big way. And then as small worlds have it Dave's son Andrew graduated from the same school in Colorado that my daughter did. We have been going here since they opened. Previously called Mix and were forced to change their name. We LOVE the power bowls here! The fruit is always fresh and it tastes delicious. The coffee is great too! They have lots of different options. Their coffee is very different than the average coffee shop. The staff are very sweet and provide excellent customer service. The owners are often working there and super awesome!! We love coming here a few times a week. The prices are a little higher but it's worth every penny!! read more

I finally made my way over to try this little coffee shop and I'm so glad that I did- it isn't that difficult to get into if you consider that the little side street the entrance is on loops into the second and third turn as well so there's no need to wait through traffic at the first side street- now that the location struggle is out of the way lets get to the coffee- I pulled up and let the very sweet and friendly girl know that I had never been there and asked what she recommended- I wanted the inside scoop :) I was served the Madagascar on ice- I was a little skeptical given that it was vanilla but it was deep and mellow- not to sweet at all- it's amazing what using house made vanilla from organic ingredients will do- oh, so this is what vanilla is supposed to taste like? I think I have an aversion to the artificial stuff- it also has house made chocolate and the blend is absolutely amazing- it was also impressive that she shook it over ice in glass mason jars before it ended up in my cup- premium experience in a drive through unlike anywhere else- I was also told that the smoothies are excellent as well so I'll make sure to update you on that in a check in shortly- highly recommended- must try- no excuses read more

My wife brought me a coffe from Mix the other day and I must say it was pretty amazing! She got me the Aztec which is a house-made vanilla and chocolate blend. It wasn't super sweet or as thick as some of the other shops around town and the chocolate flavor was amazing. She got a green apple smoothie which has fresh apple banana and pineapple with coconut and fresh spinach (or kale). Tasted very good. I bet it would be very refreshing on a hot day. I will definitely be making this my regular coffee stop. read more
