Left to Right: Grizzly and Black Dragon
    Michele L.

SPiN was our chosen breakfast stop on our way to Portland! We figured with the super hot weather conditions, an acai bowl would make a great breakfast. The concept is cute, the service was friendly, and the bowls were delicious! This is a drive through restaurant only. Like any other drive through, they take your order at the window and you just wait a bit for them to make your order, except the lady we placed our order was really kind and helped up with a few of our questions and chit chatted with us for a bit! Very friendly! My partner was initially interested in the Peach Banana Bowl, but he asked if peaches were in season or not, and she told us that it's not and that they currently use frozen ones. Blackberries, however, are in season, and that's why I opted for the seasonal Black Dragon Bowl, which included raspberries, banana slices, blackberries, chia seeds, granola, some almond butter, coconut shreds, and came with the Pitaya base. I think the base is similar to the Dragon Fruit Bowl base, which has a mix of Pitaya, pineapple and orange. Since peaches weren't in season, my partner opted for their Grizzly Bowl instead. That comes with granola, raspberry, blueberry, banana, almond butter, coconut and, honey with an Acai base. We also ordered a cold chai latte with almond milk for the drive. What can I say about the bowls other than it's sweet and refreshing! They're absolutely delicious and such a treat for a warm day. I love the creaminess of the almond butter, but I also enjoyed the crunchy bites from the coconut shreds and granola. Though I ordered the Black Dragon Bowl and my partner ordered the Grizzly Bowl, I have to say that I prefer the Grizzly Bowl more. Not because of the toppings, but because I prefer the less sweet acai base. I also think the pineapple in the Pitaya base threw me off a little. It's different, but great. My partner loved it! All the fruit toppings looked really fresh as well. As for the Chai Latte? It was pretty good as well! I'm not sure I would add vanilla if given the opportunity again, but I was definitely able to get a hint of the spice from the Chai! 10/10 would recommend SPiN if you're in the area or looking to make a short snack / pitstop!

I love this place so much. Have been going for years. The green Dream add beat is my go to. And they carry the best coffee in the valley. The girl who works on Saturday and Sunday evenings always goes above and beyond making sure my order is right even though she seems to be doing it all by herself. I appreciate her upbeat attitude, especially during the holidays. Keep up the good work! It's extremely hard to find quality customer serves with quality food.

First time visiting & the staff was really nice & informative. They had no problems explaining what was in different bowls. The strawberry jazz bowl was great! Ordered without coconut & truly enjoyed this power bowl. 9/10 The iced mocha was okay 6/10 My partner ordered the açaí smoothie & he enjoyed it. He said it was a great consistency & had a great flavor 10/10 This would definitely be on my go to list for a quick light bite or drink next time I visit Medford! Great vibes & great treats!

Yummy! Had their seasonal pomegranate bowl and it was awesome! It was hearty, delicious, and FYI not on the menu. Kids also tried the dragonfruit smoothie and mango smoothie and said they were some of the best they've ever had. Also ordered jalepeno bagel with low expectations, and it ended up being delicious! The service was great. It is not a sit down place, it is drive thru or walk up only. Loved it!

I'm now 2/2 on Spin. The Green Kingdom is somehow both sweet and creamy, while also being light and refreshing with a taste of greens. But it's not bitter in any way. So delicious!! Ladies there were nice as always.

Power bowl with blueberry and banana. Fruit was fresh and granola was crunchy, very yummy

I'm confused? It was called "Mix" but now the same page w reviews is for "Spinach"... was there just a name change? No ownership change, no menu change....? I'm Lost

Hello! Yes, there was some confusion with Mix Sweetshop in Ashland Or and so we changed our name to incorporate the green smoothies and açaí bowls. Enjoy!

During a recent West Coast visit my family introduced us to this magic. The Grants Pass location is drive-up/walk-up, however there are standalone restrooms and picnic tables for lingering and savoring. I tried the Rio (base: acai, bananas, mangos, pineapple; toppings: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and coconut). I subbed peaches for kiwi because allergic, and left off the honey and it was glorious. Other items tried by our group included the Autumn Leaves special (base: acerola, pineapple juice, coconut milk, pineapple, peaches; toppings: granola, bananas, kiwi, raspberries, coconut) and the Yumberry Refresher drink. Sizes: kids, small, medium, and large, with variable pricing depending on size and customization. The small was just right for me, and $11.50 seemed a fair price to pay for such a delicious treat. It is a small, intimate space where we were greeted with a big smile by the hostess and our waiter came by soon after we were seated. It was a chilly walk around the corner so I was looking for a hot coffee to warm me up. Having never been here before I opted for the special of the day, which was something with lavender in it, and I was surprised at the delicate way the latte both supported the robust coffee flavor and the delicate lavender addition. It was better than I anticipated and I knew that we had stumbled upon a gem of a spot that emphasized quality of what they serve. Now, for breakfast, I love a good gravy but I am always disappointed by my order. The country gravy is usually too thin, to bland, too chunky with some sort of meat product, and too small of quantity to really enjoy a good biscuit with it. With this skepticism in mind, I ordered the "The Works" assuming at the very least, the addition of fried eggs and ham were good enough to eat on its own when the gravy, which I also assume will disappoint me, runs dry. I apologize for my assumptions, ButterCloud Bakery, because I was served a thick, seasoned, peppery gravy and plenty of it. This is actually the best gravy I have ever ordered from a restaurant, if I was not traveling, I might have bought a few sides of this delicious concoction and brought it home for the next several mornings! Nothing skimpy on my plate. My husband ordered the beef and blue and devoured every last bite. I managed to steal a few bites off his plate and was pleasantly surprised, I did not expect to like it as much as I did. I stole a few more bites when he was in the bathroom! We left very satisfied with our meal, our drinks, and our service. Fast forward a few months later and we are traveling with my parents to California and we insisted that we stopped by ButterCloud Bakery to share our gem of a find. My mom considers herself quite the cook and she also was skeptical of the gravy. One bite and her eyes popped...she was also impressed. This time round I had the scone and gravy and enjoyed every last bite. My mom tried a specialty hot chocolate and I, again, had the latte special of the day, both were rich with flavor. Our second round at ButterCloud Bakery did not disappoint and we have decided it will be our go-to spot when we are in the area, there is still a lot of menu items to try!
