It's a coin laundry facility. Could have been cleaner. Could use a fresh coat of paint especially charging 5.00 bucks a load. Zero air conditioning so I was sweating profusely. Few machines were out of order, and several machines were having issues with accepting coins (coins kept getting stuck or not registering). I have been coming to this establishment since moving to the area nearly three years ago, and in the beginning it was phenomenal. The facility was always extremely clean, the machines were consistently in working order, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, over the past several months, the quality of service has declined significantly. The cleanliness is no longer being maintained, many machines either do not support the PayRange app or are completely out of service, and the attitude of some staff members has noticeably worsened. It's disappointing to see an establishment that was once so well run heading in this direction. Despite its convenience and proximity to my home, the lack of maintenance and declining customer service are making me consider taking my business elsewhere. I love Spin Spot Laundry! We have so much dog laundry (blankets, towels, dog bed covers) covered in fur, debris, etc, and always feared the death of our washer / dryer when we washed everything. Spin Spot assured us they have no issues taking care of this for us. It was completed very timely with text updates regarding the status, easy online payment and convenient pick up / drop off options. Everything came back clean with no lingering dog smell, nicely folded and wrapped. We were mildly concerned maybe the scent of the laundered items would be overwhelming for our dogs, but it was not and there was no hesitation to snuggle in their clean blankets / beds. I saw a cockroach inside one of the washing machines, which was pretty concerning. I did email the owner, and they mentioned that they have pest control, which is good to know. That said, seeing a cockroach in the machine raises questions about how effective the pest control measures are, and it's something I hope they address more thoroughly. read more

We recently moved around the area and decided to give this place a shot we walked in at 8:20ish pm last wash is at 9pm the whole time "Elena " was super annoying she was in such a rush to close was mopping saying we couldn't walk there to wait for it to dry and stay seated like it's some type of school, mind you these are closing procedures being done at 8:30 pm ...... by 9pm she closed the doors and kept getting annoyed at people for trying to come in and out and expected for everyone to only make one trip with a bunch of clothes she kept telling everyone to hurry up cause she closes at 10pm every minute was her yelling that's she's gonna close like we get it lady read more

A small little laundromat gem! I usually go late Saturday evenings for two main reasons: 1) First and foremost it's low traffic and won't find many people later in the evening 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM JOVITA (worker on shift) IS JUST EXCEPTIONAL!!! Very attentive and always offers to assist. It gets beyond busy on Sunday evenings so my recommendation is to go on Saturdays instead. There is additional parking in the back of the alley if you can't find parking in front. They offer wash & fold services, pay with phone app, and they have those huge 6 & 8 load machines!!! ------------------------------ ¡Una pequeña joya de lavandería! Normalmente voy los sábados por la noche por dos razones principales: 1) En primer lugar, hay poco tráfico y no encontrará mucha gente más tarde en la noche. 2) ¡¡¡EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE JOVITA (trabajadora de turno) ES SIMPLEMENTE EXCEPCIONAL!!! Great place to wash! I have tried other local laundromats and always end up here. My favorite days to come is Thursdays and Fridays that Mari is working. I find the laundromat is the cleanest when she is here as well as she is always cleaning making sure everything is spotless. I have had encounters with another worker names Angeles as she is not the friendliest so i avoid washing on the days that she works. Thank you Mari for your great customer service! read more

Don't believe their fake review! They literally paid for them! This place is so close to home but I will be driving else where from now on. If you want to be treated like scum this is definitely the place to go, the ladies here are the worse! Half the time you can't find anyone and when you do they are rushing you to hurry up because they close at 10, is exactly what they say! The lady that was there tonight ignored my hello when I walked in and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to hurry up because I was not going to have enough time to fold "ALL THE CLOTHES I HAD". I continued to fold my clothes and left about 10 minutes after ten and politely said good night and she gave me the worse look ever. All I can think is it's this new owner. I always come and wash here some ladies are always sweet and welcoming but there's one specific lady that is super rude and will say rude things about costumers out loud. I accidentally forgot my jeans in the dryer and walked right back to get them within 5 minutes and the lady said "next time don't forget your pants because i'll keep them for myself" which i thought was so weird and unfortunate coming from your own latinos. She basically told me she'll steal my jeans. Although they do have a sign saying they're not responsible for lost items , but i came back within 5 minutes because I live 1 minute away WALKING. Seems like she was just eyeing my clothes already. Don't know what her name is but i know she rides an electrical bike and has a speech impediment. I decided to give them a shot again and she happens to be here again and just gives me dirty nasty looks and it's so unfortunate that such a good convenient spot can be ruined just by one worker. read more

I came in at 8:15pm to wash. My clothes didn't fully dry. I had to put it to dry a couple times. On top of that the lady who works there wasn't nice at all, she had a horrible attitude. She had kicked me out before I could even finish folding and drying the rest of my clothes. I'm very disappointed especially because I'm a paying customer, and now I have to go to a different laundry room tomorrow to rewash my wet clothes before it starts to smell bad. I highly don't recommend coming here. Online it says they don't close until 11pm which is also a lie. If I had the ability to rate it zero stars I would. read more

Go to laundry spot, very clean and affordable Ladies here are so nice and approachable! A lot of places to sit down to wait for your laundry, tv available as well. Usually when I come, it's empty so I get to finish pretty quick. The only thing would be the dryers, I have to sometimes dry twice for my heavy clothes to dry completely. read more
