Very disappointed for the fact that the hours of operations aren't true. Signs says they close at 10PM, last wash at 8:30PM. I arrived at 8:20PM with one small load and was told we needed to have our last wash in at 8:15PM and were turned away. A waste of time as I planned around their time only for it to not be true. If your last wash is at 8:15PM update the time on the doors. Disappointed, be aware. I don't think I'll be back. read more

So far so good. I've come here twice now and it's the cleanest laundromat I've come across. You can also use your debit card if you don't have cash. They sell laundry soap at the small grocery store next door. There's also plenty of parking in the back as well. read more

This is probably the cleanest and best kept laundromat in the area. It opens early at 6am (the best time to come in.) With that being said, it is a bit more expensive per load, but worth it. Get the loyalty card. You get an extra three dollars when you input $20. There is an attendant that can help you if you need help. The only reason that I took off one star is because the aisles are super narrow. It gets very crowded and people know that this is probably one of the better laundromats in the area. I got anxiety on a weekend day when I discovered this place. People are jumping to get in machines when they open up. So be prepared with your timing for your machines! read more

All the washer is over soap by dumb people and never clean by the employee and each dryer is really dirty seems like never cleaned in years (all the burn rubber as shoes and stuff is stuck in dryers). I have been coming here for over 2 years and it's just been going downhill! Have the machines never work properly and the attendants will only help people of Latin descent! I accidentally swiped my card on the wrong machine and the attendant told me too bad you have to move your clothes over! Mind you I already put my unstoppable pebbles in and the detergent in the machine I now have to vacate! She could have started the machine for me but instead the actually said " too bad, there is nothing I can do for you" turned around and started talking Spanish to the person on the Sid of me! That was rude and disrespectful! This will be my last trip here! ZERO STARS if I could do that! read more

Really nice and clean place. With lots of machines. I'd of given five stars but they lack with the laundry carts.

I was not aware last wash is at 8:30 pm. I had 5 loads ready to go at 8:35 pm and was told that the last wash was at 8:30 pm. Really, we are going to be sticklers for 5 minutes.. all of the other places where they close at 10 pm, the last wash is at 9 pm. She later felt bad for me and told me I could wash it, but I was already upset. She should've just said, please don't let it happen again. I loaded all my stuff back to my car and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Update!!! Gave this place another chance and now really wish I didnt, went into their bathroom to use their sink Aand I found a cockroach!!!!! A cockroach in their sink!! So disgusted They dont have business hours printed on a sign or their doors so if you dont have access to a smart phone or the internet you will have a hard time trying find an employee because she never wears a uniform. The employee that was here tonight locked the doors at 9 and began to mop and move everyones carts even though they supposedly close at 10. I understand there is a last wash and last dry time at every laundromat but you wouldnt know it here because again there are no signs indicating that. On the good side they have new machines and its pretty clean but the fact that there is no info and lack of good customer service that makes me not want to come back. read more

Clean & spacious, benches & bar stools to sit on, lots of countertop space and new washers and dryers. None of the machines appeared to be broken (which is never the case at laundromats). You can do a normal sized load for $4 total. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all and parking wasn't an issue. Having the option to use credit cards for the machines is great. What more do you need in a laundromat?? read more

Nice place. Only complaint is that i used a 25 cent gum ball machine that didn't work. Thinking maybe it was only that machine i tried another. When i told the employee she told me there was nothing she could do and to call a number that was located on the machine for a refund. Why not have a "Does Not Work" sign in the first place? This is a good place to do laundry but there are a few things I don't like about this place. I've been a loyal customer to this place since 2016. After the new owner everything was so much better but there are a few things I would to recommend/advise the owner. First, customer service need more training. Although, it is such a friendly environment but I think it needs more improvement such as when ask for change and they refused to give you change and referred you to the grocery store next door. Second of all, it is hard to communicate with them because of language barrier so service never fully satisfy especially customers who are not Hispanic speaking. Third of all, too many kids running around and parents to let their kids stay home because this is a laundry mat not a playground for kids. Sometimes they run around or go under the table, ride on the cart and I think this is very rude and parents needs to teach their kids better. Last but not least, if you are dropping off clothes in the back that's fine but your car is blocking the entering and exiting door is extremely inconvenient for others. I think the owner should have a sign saying the back door only for loading not for parking. There are parking lot right there but blocking the entering door is very rude. Other than these issues, this place is very convenient and friendly environment. I would to see some changes and look forward to hear fro you soon. read more

Here I am changing my review for the better but only because we changed the days we wash now. The women that works there on Monday's and Tuesday's is the best and she deserves a raise. She opens on time and is always cleaning up. Sucks that recently she gets there before 6:00 am and cannot open. I don't understand why she can't open up and has to come around to open the doors for the ones that are waiting at the front entrance. I hope that changes soon. Other than that, we are relieved that at least it opens on time. read more

I hate the new attendant that's there in the morning. I've been washing my clothes here for two years and I'm reconsidering it because I can't stand her. She touches my baskets (property) without permission and then gives me an attitude when u ask her why's she's doing that. Huuuge washers and dryers! Varying costs. For one load clothes and one load sheets/towels it was $11. Not too bad. Plenty of space to fold, plenty of carts. Cheap snacks. Clean place, not too busy at all. (5:30PM Thursday) Cons: Pretty awful pop music, but I can tune that out so it doesn't bother me. No wifi. read more

This place is a complete turn around from what it use to be. The attendants are very approachable. The style of the place gives it a nice open feel. I enjoy the fact that I can simply tap my phone to pay instead of going to the bank for cash then changing it out to quarters. read more

I started going to Spin Cycle when they first opened. It was a nice laundry mat to wash at. I observed over the years that this place has a lot of problems. I've seen 4 employee turnovers. I see the latest person has an attitude. I asked her for the code to the restroom and she looks at me funny then she walks away and unlocks the restroom without giving the code. I stepped away for a few minutes and she removed my clothes from the washer but when people of her own race leave their clothes in for over an hour, she won't touch them. I confront her and she pretend like she don't understand. The washers and dryers stay broke more than I do. The roof leaks when it rains causing you to get wet. For 2 weeks now, they close before 8 pm but they have their hours of operation as 10 pm close time. Not sure if they changed their hours of operation or the employee is just lazy and trying to shut down early. read more

The restroom is for customers only (has a code) and supplies can be purchased from the back. The machines are all new and there's a wide selection of sizes. Nice place to be when doing your laundry very clean very friendly staff always clean the down side is when I do my laundry as soon it open the cleaning lady always be doing her cleaning to take the dirt out of the dryer while I'm folding my clothes:( all the dust goes on the folding table and on my clothes that's sucks huh. My 2nd time coming here and havinf a problem with the attendant. She looked extremely drunk each time or something was wrong with her. But she could not understand that i put too much soap and needed to restart the cycle on a higher soil level. She said she would not stop the machine. Also NONE of the machines have any stop buttons on them. Being a maintenance technician i know that anything with moving parts that can seem hazardous or any machine that can cause harm needs a stop button. Not to mention for the customer. Again i come and this time to wash sheets. I put too much inside and there is soap left over. I ask if i can rewash at 9 pm since they close at 10 that would still give me more than enough time to wash. I told her i only want to wash not dry. She said no last wash is 8:30. She then tells me shes gonna call her boss so i can talk to him. I said ok call him. She doesnt even call him. So all in all i dont go here no stop buttons and the drunk attendant is edgy and rude cannot understand how to service. I only came here because i take my car to oriellys to do work.
