The machines are fairly new, everything is clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of different sizes. I recently washed a huge mattress topper in the triple loader and dried it in the extra-large dryer, and it worked perfectly. They also offer wash-and-fold service. I don't personally use that service, but I've watched them doing it, and they are incredibly careful with people's clothes. You can really see the pride and care they put into their work. I also feel very safe here. The owners are around a lot, there are cameras, and it's on a nice block. And while you're waiting for your laundry, you can grab pizza, a burger, or some vegan food right next door. I really do love this place. I had 7 loads to do so I was hopeful in this little place but it's a gem. They have 17 washers total. They also have a little wash station, the water comes out slow but better than no water (especially if you get soap on your hands by accident!). They also gave me one free wash for finding out that I was a first time customer. Manager was already leaving and came back to give that customer service. Downside: The only downside is there are only 4 street parking spaces in front. They also don't have any super small 1 loaders.

It is renovated and the store looks so much brighter and cleaner than before. Last month the new owner has just put in some big new machines. The TVs are gone but I think the music is better. I don't really like to watch TV while doing my folding. The price did go up but given the new environment and new machines, it is still very reasonable. First off, I've been here three times. Its the closest laundromat to my house and I rarely see anybody here. Those are the only positive things about this place. Plenty of parking. I doubt this place has anyone running it. 2 out of 3 times, the trash was overfilled and I had to step outside once I started my laundry because the smell was so disgusting. Why are the benches so close to the trash?? There was trash on the floor and what smelt like rotting food in the trash. The walls aren't even done being painted and I have to be careful so I don't step on trash. The machines are trash. Every time, at least three of the dryers I use dont work, but I don't know until I check my laundry. And a good amount of the dryers already have out of order signs on them, so I can hardly say the dryers work. They're heating also ranges from lukewarm to scolding hot. Also, all the machines are so expensive! The smallest load to wash is over 5 dollars. I think the high prices is the only way I can imagine this place staying afloat. They offer cards where you can add money to use (rather then quarters, which can be convenient) buy you get taxed by add money to the cards and when you buy one. You can only skip a fee when you add money directly at a washer or dryer. Anyways, if you're not desperate, literally anywhere else will worth it. There's some businesses where people shoild be ashamed to be business owners and managers, and this is one of them.

The family proceeds to load their washer as you stood there asking to load yours. Unfair! The laundry machines are top-notch, but I've noticed many of the female staffs can be very rude. Racist banter in Spanish while roasting customers is just not cool. It's pretty gross to gossip in another language about a customer who can't understand. Pick ups and drop offs for my area are on Tuesday and Friday. I simply leave my clothes in a GAC - provided bag, and my clothes are returned on the next scheduled day perfectly cleaned and pressed. The prices are also reasonable. I trust this place with my suits and more delicate clothes. They are very helpful and when you reach out to them, they are very responsive.
