The phone system doesn't work at all(calls don't go through & messages never received or 3 weeks later)& the PATIENT PORTAL messages go into a pool of 10-20 people before they are sent to your provider, if at all. Many, many patients are having these issues with NOVANT & when you are dealing with Neurospinal issues, messages must be received & returned in a timely manner. After the procedure the doctor said "I knew it would be painful but I didn't want you to back out." Doctor didn't express empathy or compassion. I signed a consent form for a sedated procedure.
