I guess I'm used to waiting forever at the doctor's office, so this was a surprising change. Dr. Early and his staff were efficient, honest, and kind with their diagnosis and treatment. They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. I definitely felt like I was in excellent hands in the entire time and would highly recommend him!

After getting the first injection, I never received a bill for anything else. Fast forward 9 months after my second injection and I received a bill for ~$2,200! Same injection, same exact procedure yet I was billed for the 2nd procedure and not the 1st. Mind you, both times I paid my $750, I was assured I didn't owe anything else. After looking over the "itemized" charges for the 2nd bill (still waiting on the first) I saw they charged insurance $40,000 for the "operating room"! That's not a misprint, 40K for what was literally a 2 minute procedure which is also documented since they send a text to your designated driver when the procedure starts and when it's over. Emminent is a physician owned hospital so be careful, they are unethical and not trustworthy. I wouldn't care if I could barely walk and they were the last hospital on earth, I wouldn't give them another dime. There are multiple people I have recently recommended this hospital to for similar problems as mine but after receiving this bill I'll be sure to tell them to steer clear and use another physician and/or "surgery" center. I started getting weak and had to postpone our return to Cupertino. Being 80, I did not want things to get worse so went to Urgent Care of Texas, Plano. Dr. M. Bhallia took my vitals which were fine. No covid, flu or RSV. He gave me an I-V with antibiotics and some med prescriptions. He also gave me a prescription for a chest x-ray for next AM. The results of the x-ray showed signs of pneumonia in right lung. I had to go back to Urgent Care for another I-V with 2 shots. This was Wed. Nov. 8. I felt a bit stronger and felt capable of managing the flight that evening to Cupertino. I was impressed with the service, respect and care I received from Dr. Bhallia and his staff Syeda and Ayeshe. The clinic is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. I am thankful to have chosen Urgent Care of Texas in Plano. They took excellent care of me so I could return back to Cupertino Thank you, all.

The Doctor's listened. They explained everything. They got me healthier than I've ever been since I first got this darn fibroid. On the way out a preacher came to see me and gave me some great advice. This hospital is well-ran and deserves an award. We don't like going to the ER, but if you have to end up in the hospital. Based on my recent surgery last week: My surgeon and the anesthesiologist were absolutely…read morefantastic, all the nurses were fantastic, but there were a few inconsistencies. The discharge paperwork said to eat whatever I wanted, but the surgeon gave me specific guidance, a handout, on a full liquid diet until my post-op appointment in 3 weeks. I am following her guidance, of course, but the discharge paperwork should say something like: follow your doctor's specific instructions. Also, I did not receive a call checking in on my status after I was discharged. I did follow up with my surgeon's office via MyChart with questions and eventually received a call from her nurse helping me with some minor post op issues, but 5 days after my surgery. In the past, I thought someone from either the doctor's office or the hospital itself called to check on the patient within a day or two (from our prior experience with Texas Health Frisco). Also, my husband stayed with me in the room overnight and I had to ask the nurses for him to be provided pillows and blankets, that would have been nice if the nurses attending me would have asked If he needed anything or even allow a caretaker meal. When I stayed at Baylor McKinney to deliver our youngest daughter over a decade ago, they allowed my husband to have a meal or two per each 24 hours of my stay at the hospital. Since I was on a full liquid diet post op, I wasn't having much or anything and I don't think It would have cost a lot to allow the 1 family member staying to take care of me be more comfortable. I understand these are super minor issues, but I would say that would bring my review up to a 5. Overall, the hospital is very clean, bright, welcoming, all the doctors, nurses, and staff were very helpful, attentive and patient, and I would absolutely recommend your hospital to anyone.

Well shi*! I don't know what to think about all of this. I'm the epitome of your average hobby…read morejogger nowadays. I moved to TX and with that, the old me is dead and gone. On any given week I'll run 0-40+ miles and have been experiencing foot pain from early this year prior to moving here. I went in thinking I had nerve damage, a Morton neuroma since my symptoms were pointing in this direction. Only to several visits (xray that apparently didn't show anything and was completely pointless + MRI) and many payments later find out I have a laundry list of issues. According to my mri I have a stress fracture, a fully detached plantar plate and a torn plantar plate in my 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal along w various other issues. I'll be lying to say I wasn't in complete disbelief when I found this out. I stood there staring at the screen like this can't possibly be my foot we are talking about. It's cute hearing people talk about their jogs but have you ran a marathon, and various other races for the past 6 months on a broken, fully ruptured foot, if not I don't give two f's! This coming from a woman who has been in heels nearly everyday of every week for months on end. No wonder my left knee where I had arthroscopic surgery has been all out of whack, I didn't know I'd been doing this on some bum foot! I seriously can't fathom these MRI results are accurate and surgery?!!!! I'm getting a second opinion like any human would but have looked further into this center since discovering this. Most every individual has been in a boot and had surgery here. I don't like the idea of feeling like I've had zero care to actually treat any of my symptoms just visit after visit scheduled to collect payment after payment. Zero taping techniques provided or anything useful in anyway that would help other than trying to be shoved into a boot and other costly options. I'd be weary of the "care" or lack there of. I did break my left foot years ago and I'm convinced they are reading results saying it's fractured, on a 5 year old fracture. If it is fractured in addition to fully detached as shown to me and torn in other areas well, then that's just peachy I suppose my adrenaline since being here has increased my tolerance to pain because it's pretty insane to think of what I've done on this foot the past 6 months. Get a second opinion if you're going to come here but I wouldn't suggest this center. It's felt all sorts of sketch from the jump. Boots, surgery, infection, being nickeled and dimed. It screams insurance fraud or some sort of scam into trying to rob you blind and a push into going under the knife. The second I head cutting through bone, my head nearly exploded. Are you effing serious right now?!? I'm going to run Dallas marathon on this before any type of surgery whatsoever. The way I see it, if something's fully detached- then I can't detach it any further. Then I was recommended shots but told nothing about them. What kind? Was I gonna be put under? Where were the shots going? I have issues with neck and low back. Is he doing both? Idk?
