I was in so much pain from impacted wax and accidentally yelled the f word at one point during the procedure. AMBER the front desk lady, came in the room immediately out of nowhere, held my hand and was extremely reassuring. My blood pressure was elevated during the visit, which is unusual for me, but I believe it was due to the level of discomfort I was experiencing. I chose this provider because of the excellent reviews, so I was hopeful that I would receive more relief and guidance. At this point, I feel discouraged and uncertain about whether I should return for my follow-up appointment or seek care from another provider. I also feel that the $84 visit did not provide the value or relief I was expecting. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but I hope future patients with acute pain receive a more thorough evaluation, clearer communication, and a treatment plan that helps address their symptoms more effectively.
