I went in too north texas digital imaging for an appointment and the front desk attendant asked me how I heard about them and I said that my insurance had them as a preferred locaion for imaging And she began to laugh at me and she continued to be rude the entire time I was there for my appointment. When I was called to go up next for my imaging the front desk person had my private information open for everyone to see. Also when I was trying to make an appointment the person that was on the phone was very rude and I was told they would call me back to set an appointment however they never called back, and so then I called them and set an appointment but then they called me back 10-15 minutes later to set an appointment and when i told them that I had already set and appointment 10 minutes ago they said they had nothing in their system. AND when I had first called to set my appointment they gave me a price but when they called back they tried to say it was almost double what they had said the first time. SO overall a very negative experience with the front office as they were very rude and I couldn't get their name as they had no name tag on and I was so flustered that i just wanted to get the appointment over with that I did not bother to ask. The Tech however was very nice and made the whole experience a whole lot better. They were very professional and kind and that goes a long way the front desk people need to learn from the tech. read more

We came for the appointment at 8am, and we are now leaving at 9:30. The tech only came in at 8:50. Unreal, not a single apology, the guy and the front didn't even say anything about a delay, only when I asked he said ' few more minutes' only for the tech to come in 10 minutes after that, so NOT come here. read more

I should have looked at other reviews before I used North Texas Digital Imaging. Do not use these people!! - they don't stand behind their work. I discussed objectives of the visit with radiology technician which was to image a bone spur under the Achilles tendon. This is listed as the reason for patient visit on Radiology report so it is clear that these instructions were understood. The imaging does not show back half of the heel, which is where the bone spur is. NTX Digital Imaging refuses to admit their mistake and redo the MRI. They claim the were "just following Dr. Orders" but when the patient states that the specific reason for the imaging and if that conflicts with how the MRI will image, they need to get the Doctor to modify the order or set up the machine so it images the objective. They want me to pay for the entire service all over again out of my pocket - I even offered to pay a portion but they refused. Again very bad service!! read more

My first and last appointment at this office. Their receptionist was very unprofessional and condescending to my concerns. I requested an Invoice with the balance and total amount incurred and she shouted at me and said "the billing department will give that to you". I politely asked for something that shows I make a payment and for what services. "She yelled and said I can hand write something on your sheet of paper. Her demeanor was very rude and she gave the impression that she did not want to be there. With so many other diagnostic facilities, I would suggest other people go else ware. Customer services goes a long way. If I had a choice of placing zero stars, I would have. The tech was okay. read more

This place is the worst place to have anything done. Been trying to get an MRI for over a month. First they say they can't do it right now because the guy that does the MRI is on jury duty. A week later I called to see if he was back and they said the machine was broke down. So now it's been a month and their machine is still broke down. They never called me to tell me anything I had to call them every time. I wouldn't even give them one star I would give them zero stars. Wow... Condescension incarnate at the window. My first clue regarding North TX Digital Imaging was with the .pdf of new patient intake forms, which I believe were written by a Jr. High drop-out. (i.e. I was to agree that "I AM ACCEPTING FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILTY FOR ALL MEDICAL BILLS." Yes, all in caps. But seriously... "all medical bills?" For everyone, everywhere? Not "my personal medical bills?" (I'm ignoring the fact that someone can't spell "responsibility.") There were many such lines of garbage on the forms, and many questions and statements that simply made no sense. (i.e. I don't know my insurer's date of birth. They may have meant "insured's date of birth," but that's not how the form read.) Regardless, I completed the forms to the best of my ability, printed them out, and went to my appointment. I found the address, but couldn't find the suite because the door wasn't labeled. When I told the receptionist that the door wasn't labeled, she impatiently informed that the there wasn't enough room on the door to list all the doctors' names. That's not what I'd said. I said there was NO labeling on the door: neither names, suite numbers, nor services. She simply looked away, to let me know she was too busy to bother discussing anything with me. So I moved onto gathering my insurance card and identification for her, but told her that I didn't want my photo ID scanned or photo-copied; that she could verify I was who I claimed to be, but that would be all. She told me they require copying identification for insurance purposes, and I could agree to the copying or I'd not be allowed to complete my visit. I left. She was rude, insulting, demanding, short-tempered, and a little too in love with her perceived power over patients. Normally, I'd say I wouldn't return, but I'll wait to see what corporate (if any such offices exist) has to say. read more

North Texas Imaging: staff are knowledgeable, have passion for their jobs, care about patients. Unfortunately, the space is too small for the clientele. The waiting area is not comfortable. The owner does not provide chairs for the obese patients, no T.V, and hardly any magazines to read. The computers weren't working , therefore the daily process was delayed. Owner should look into getting a office downtown sheets for continuing daily routine for appointments and receiving payments. read more
