I usually show up when I have the money. I haven't had any bad experiences going there, but I just grab whatever I need and go. Those of you giving 1 star clearly ran into a rude employee, which is rare. Their biscuits are pretty good. And I don't know if you expect a Michelin star experience with your food, because it's literally a gas station. What do you expect? Never buy any fruit from this store. I had a bad case of food poisoning. I called the manager and she blew me off, another employee told me that this happens all the time and management as well as corporate knows about it. They don't care. Never buy the doughnuts on the weekends, they won't be fresh if you can call it that until Monday morning. The gas prices aren't clearly marked so if you aren't careful you will end up paying .10 more per gallon. It was a nice store when it opened a lack of managers who can do the job and care about customers have made it a stop only when absolutely necessary. read more

Soooo... the Spinx gas station DOES NOT support me or my situation. They first sent the black territory manager to apologize for the actions of white Josh. NEXT they sent the whip cracking man (I have no idea what he looks like, but he talked to me as an overseer. Mind you, who released an exaggerated sigh, while I was mid sentence) I literally sang the praises of this store, I used to work there...I can own up to my faults and admit I got jazzy with a few employees, but NEVER a customer...anyhoo...the overseer called me just a few minutes ago and he says...I wanted to make sure your issue was addressed and handled. I said it was addressed, but it wasn't handled. He said ok, how so? I said an apology from Kim (black manager) doesn't resolve my issue the overseer claims that a customer bought my coffee, per the video, white josh didn't have to help me...uumm that's coffee nobody saw what was in my hand besides the coffee, nor did they know what I wanted from behind the counter...point being, white josh did his job by NOT helping me...y'all I'm so disgusted...right here under our own noses and yet we wonder why things don't change. I interrupted the overseer...that man say, LET ME FINISH. I DID NOT INTERRUPT YOU...real talk...I hung up. Not because he got forceful, but because we not gone do that...I am a victim, of crap business practices, racism OR sexism, I'm not sure which and white Josh gets to continue leaving people wondering... black dude went in the same location, got similar treatment‍ only thing we had in common was color...but what do I know. Only been there one time. They charge an added $.10 per gallon for credit purchases. The false claim that they are saving customers some $.32 per gallon is simply not true. Shell is the same base price and my Shell rewards card saves me another $.05 per gallon. So I am $.15 per gallon cheaper right out of the box. A check of Spinx website shows that if you spend some $250 per month on overpriced junk food inside, you might reach their savings claim. In addition, my Audi warranty may be voided if Audi finds that a customer uses this off brand gas. Fake News at best. read more
