We've been by later in the day so haven't gotten coffee from here, but love the setup and vibes - great lineup of drinks. The main area of the first room is skate and surfing clothes, gear, etc. Nothing I do or use but some cute clothes for sure! The back room has some sale and secondhand items, and we score big here every time. The secondhand section is tiny tiny, but it's right up my brother and I's style alley. He scored two nice safari-style shirts and I got a really cool tee! He also found Dickies pants for $8 - insane steal. The atmosphere and vibe here is great, and they have some indoor and outdoor seating if you're grabbing coffee. Off the main drag of downtown, but worth checking out for sure if you're in the area!

Each time, we were assured that everything was set. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, we were met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Erin yelled at our kids and even pushed one of our young boys out of her way, which was completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the response from the General Manager, Tyler. Instead of helping organize the situation or offering any support, he repeatedly told his staff, "Don't be discouraged--this is more money for us." Hearing a manager make that comment multiple times while our group was struggling was incredibly frustrating. At no point did he step in to resolve issues or show concern for the experience of the children. To make matters worse, many of our kids were refused skate mates because staff said they already had too many in use and needed to save some for other customers. This left several children without the assistance they needed, despite our group being scheduled and confirmed in advance. I am genuinely disappointed that I chose this venue for our group outing. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and dismissive attitudes from Tyler and his team turned what should have been a fun day into a stressful experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone planning a group event, especially one involving children. We expected a welcoming environment and received the exact opposite.

He took my info and told me if the manager had time, that they would call me tomorrow. Lots of other places to buy hockey gear. Will never be back!!! I was greeted as I came into the store, and immediately noticed the huge selection of different brands and numbers of shoes along the far wall in the fitting area. Matt was an excellent employee who sized my feet using a pretty cool 3-D imaging machine that I had to stand on for about 5 seconds. The information was then sent to his handheld computer and, voila, it showed a 3-D view of my feet and a recommendation of shoe size taking into account length, width, and arch - pretty cool! Matt brought out 3 different brands of shoes for me to try on - Saucony, Karhu, and Brooks. Of the 3, I ended up buying the Brooks (Glycerin 23). They fit perfectly and it felt like I was walking on air. To be honest, I've always been a Brooks fan over the years and this shoe just reinforced my perception of what a great shoe they make. The price for these is on the upper side of the market (just under $200 with tax), but actually pretty competitive with other stores. Their store is located in the Bell Tower shopping mall and perpendicular across from Burntwood Tavern. They are locally owned and they expressed their appreciation for me shopping with them. If you're in need of a good pair of walking, hiking, or running shoes I recommend you check them out!

We met Sophia and she took really good care of us, recommending different shoes for based on the computer model that scanned our feet. What impressed us most was her taking the time to make sure we got in the right shoe and we were comfortable with it. My wife tried on about four pairs and I tried on three before we finally bought our shoes. I can't say enough good things about Sophia and the way she took care of us. From our perspective it was one of the best customer service experiences we've had so far in Florida and I would recommend anybody looking for a shoe to stop in and talk with these knowledgeable people -- guarantee they will get you the right ride for your feet!
