The terminal can get crowded and the way the seats are configured, it's not really the best layout for handling the crowds. They can do better with this as I'm sure they have some say-so over this. The other thing about the terminal is the food is terrible there with a crappy version of a decent Mexican fast casual chain, a sketchy burger place, and one of the worst pizza places I've been too. I don't think that's entirely on Southwest, but it makes me want to fly on an airline that goes to the "good" terminal.

Just because it's a budget airline doesn't mean passengers should be treated with any less respect. Between the baggage restrictions and all the additional fees, you can easily end up paying close to the same price as flying with American Airlines without the frustration and humiliation I experienced with Frontier's customer service. I also find the heavy reliance on self-service processes excessive. While I understand the need to keep costs down, there should still be adequate customer support available when travelers need assistance. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling more frustrated than valued as a customer.
