One small uodate that they figured out what was broken on the plane blocking the gate. Bonus points for figuring that out. But here we still sit on a sunny day. We arrived at the airport at midnight from Charlotte but we had to call for the shuttle because it was taking a long time for the bus to come up to the second deck to get us. But a lady had just reported in and she came and got us. She apologized that we had to wait, which was nice of her. She was pleasant and got us right to our vehicle. Again, great service from the shuttle staff. My only complaint is that we could not find the parking area for economy that was supposed to be $12 a day. We ended up at express which was $18 a day. We were told the old parking lot way out in the back had been replaced and was now for employees. It's a long drive for me to use this airport. The only thing I would suggest is that the signage be clearer for the parking areas and make sure the website is properly updated.

The terminal can get crowded and the way the seats are configured, it's not really the best layout for handling the crowds. They can do better with this as I'm sure they have some say-so over this. The other thing about the terminal is the food is terrible there with a crappy version of a decent Mexican fast casual chain, a sketchy burger place, and one of the worst pizza places I've been too. I don't think that's entirely on Southwest, but it makes me want to fly on an airline that goes to the "good" terminal.
