Honestly, I didn't really believe that but when I showed up half hour later, I saw she did set it aside. Awwww...Lupita is the bomb! In addition to the things I reserved, I bought a few more items and every question I had it was answered with enough information. He welcomed us and made us feel right at home, which really added to the overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was a sign about rewarding kids for getting good grades. I thought it was such a cool idea that they encourage kids by letting them earn free skateboard parts and other goodies. I love seeing businesses invest in their community like that. I brought it to Benny and he repaired the chain and replaced the missing diamond for me. My Mom passed away and I was recipient of her wedding ring. No appointments required, and they will do their best to accommodate all walk-ins, but usually better to visit on a weekday when they're less swamped. 5-star service when you're the only one there. Very responsive via text. In-store purchases are exchange only, and if you don't like an item, they will do their absolute best to help you find something that you'll love. No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. It's worth just shooting them a quick text or call to confirm your orders are ready before going in.
