I did not even know I could be into villages until I saw this place! If you are into brand names in decor, they got a huge selection like Mark Robert's, Michel Design Works, and more. And once again, if you are into the Department 56 Villages, look no farther! The service was really friendly too. It is always fun to shop from people who are as big of fans of holiday decorating as you are! Their enthusiasm was contagious! In the back they have a Christmas village that they keep all year around and next to that room they have another room with a spooky Christmas village or Halloween decorations. The main room when you enter have traditional stuff like wine glasses, postcards, candles, jewelry etc. Like I mentioned before Christmas time is my favorite time to visit because they have different Christmas trees decorated of all kinds of colors and even themes. I paid in full, in cash, and even authorized and paid for additional services while they were onsite, which were completed at that time. Unfortunately, the company's conduct after taking payment has been unacceptable. Pete has since left the company, and Matt has become completely unreachable. Phone calls are not answered. Voicemails are ignored. Text messages go unanswered. This would be frustrating under any circumstances, but it is especially egregious given that I prepaid for both installation and removal of the lights, per the contract. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to honor agreed-upon services leaves only one reasonable conclusion: Christmas Light Pros--specifically Matt--has no intention of fulfilling its contractual obligations once payment has been received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I recommended this company to a neighbor based on my initial experience. I am now embarrassed to have done so, as my neighbor is experiencing the exact same issue: no communication and no follow-through after payment. This is not a scheduling issue. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a basic failure of accountability and professionalism. If you are considering Christmas Light Pros, be aware: they may perform the installation, but once they have your money, responsiveness and contract compliance appear to end. I've been contacting Matt for over one month to try to get my lights removed for the season and he has given a date but never showed up in mid-January. I've been calling and texting several times and he has never returned my messages. I was bait and switched by paying for the lights and this service and there's been no follow through on removing the Christmas lights. It's mid-February as I'm writing this message. I've tried contacting the parent company Storm Pros however no one is returning my calls either. I think this company has gone out of business completely.

The machine is now back to me now that it is December 2025, but I do not know if it is fixed, they kept the pedal and power cord, and are refusing to give it back stating I never dropped it off, and there was a notation as such. That is 100% not true, I called and we will see how this issue resolves but for right now this is a headache, and he had a very condescending tone over the phone to put a nasty cherry on this sundae of disappointment. He said he will look for it, but in a placating way that gives me no hope.
