We were really struggling because the "online florist" that was supposedly "local" missed delivery of flowers ordered 5 days earlier. USPS could get the gift delivered even though it was sent a week earlier. Joey arranged to have Scott come to our daughter's 25th birthday celebration at a local pub. Scott did an OUTSTANDING job making sure everything was coordinated as we live in Florida and were not onsite. I any event - I encountered very friendly staff at the location in Natick who were very helpful and answered my questions right away. I genuinely feel for the people working there - having to deal with needy, rude customers for hours on end - a thankless job if there ever was one. I was surprised by the assortment of items they carried including acrylic paints, professional art markers, plastic storage organizers, various adhesives and a whole lot of other things from a wide array of departments. It's kind of a mini-michael's, but with a robust fabric department. Anyway, it's important to support these brick-and-mortar stores - as they are an endangered species and still much better than having to get everything from Amazon.
