Even with Covid, they were very sweet and accommodating, gave me excellent advice regarding how we should take a few things in (the top front/back of my dress was ALL illusion paneling and I wanted to be able to lift my arms) and they really knocked it out of the park. They took excellent care of me and my dress was PERFECT. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing as well.
