I was looking to rent, but it seems they strongly encourage purchasing the items. Certain items would've costed more to rent than to buy! Although I did like the items, ultimately I felt for the price I could buy a brand new item. Renting for me was the eco-friendly route, and purchasing an expensive one time wear just didn't make sense. I would come back here again for vintage digs but I would probably focus on more casual and everyday pieces. The staff was helpful and it was definitely worth going right when they opened. They helped me accessorize with shoes and gave jewelry options. They soon started getting busy and had to help other guests. I did experience a little of the personality of the owner that other reviewers commented on - but I think it's part of the charm, right?

We walked around getting ideas and it was well laid out and they have TONS on offer. For munchkin we got a Minnie Mouse costume. We were able to find a Wonder Woman costume for me in the sale section - win! For him, we went with a Superman costume. Everything was comparably priced to online offerings and it was nice to see the materials and costumes in person. They had fitting rooms, but we opted to skip them as we know our costume sizes pretty well cause we LOVE to dress up. They are now doing clearance sales before they close up - so if you want something on the cheap - now is the time!! When the performers arrived, none of their equipment worked. The music, speakers, and microphone all failed, which made it impossible for them to provide the high-energy dancing and entertainment that was promised. Without music, a dance party can't be performed In addition, their costumes were in poor condition. Wigs were falling off, and one performer's top did not fit properly and kept slipping. We even had to find a needle and thread ourselves just to fix the costume so the performance could continue. Several advertised activities never happened, including the bubble performance and other planned entertainment. Overall, the experience did not match what was promised at all. This was very disappointing for both the children and the adults. I would not recommend this company.
