Decided to use Spirit Locksmith based on their Google & Yelp Reviews, and I'm glad I did. Jacob replied almost immediately, and was able to fit me in the next day. (he offered a same day appointment, but I was at work) He came on time, and was very professional, efficient, and friendly. My original appointment was to re-key current knobs: but overnight I decided to purchase new knobs and start fresh. I apologized as I sprung this last minute change of plans on Jacob, and he couldn't have been more gracious about it. There was a lock which I had accidentally damaged, and he was able to problem solve and make it work with my door. Great service! Jacob replaced 6 door handles/deadbolts and rekeyed the front door smart lock that I didn't have a key for. He even showed me how to reprogram the smart keypad and explained how it works. He gave me tips on the other hall/closet handles I'm intending to replace. Amazingly he did it within an hour.
