His crew were with us both days for the packing and unpacking. Selma and Munir were very patient and reassuring when I started getting anxious about the amount of boxes that we needed to move from a big house to a condo. They were both professional, respectful ( to us and our property), on time, and very experienced in all aspects of the move. For a crew of only 2 they had the efficiency of a whole team! The job was no easy task but both laughed and smiled as only those who truly love their job can. For those of you who get Munir and Selma in the future , you wont be disappointed. We ended up moving across the country and we thought they did such a great job the first time that we used them again. The crew was great and nice but failed to tell us that they broke one of our wood steps while moving the furniture down the stairs. The way they packed out truck was horrible. Almost everything was damaged and stuffed into the truck. The pictures will speak for themselves. Once I reached out to them it was horrible customer service and they didn't do anything to help or compensate us. We had already moved out of state and they knew there wasn't much that we could do about it. Took full advantage. I do not recommend using them. The pictures will speak for themselves.

Martin's Movers came in an salvaged my move after a horrible experience with Good Greek Movers…read more(Good Greek movers were so inexperienced they did not know how to move a piano or a refrigerator even though the sales office said they have experience with these items). Martin's Moving could move everything quickly, easily, politely, and carefully, and moved 1/2 my household (that the other movers left behind because Good Grief Greek were too slow and inefficient to load and move). Martin's saved the day and got needed items to my new home.

I was extorted. Their insurance is worthless, because you have to have items unpacked within a couple of days or they will not honor the insurance contract. The 3 guys who actually did the move were experienced movers - I could simply tell by watching them how they prepared the items, handle the furniture and large and small items. Also, by looking at the inside the truck - how they packed things for easy retrieval, were a good sign. They are very careful not to break things but at the same time, move things quickly to get the job down within the initial quote.
