For some weird reason the Etsy 11x14 files did not fit to scale, but the employees here were really patient and helpful with getting the correct file size and making edits to make sure it fit. They are quick to respond and had my prints ready in two days with beautiful quality. Customer service is superb, and in addition, their pricing is AMAZING!! Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Well that mentality bit me in the behind when I tried to do a big color double- sided print job that also needed to be cut in half! I didn't notice until afterward that somehow the feeder had messed up and the printing was no longer aligned in the center on one side. After spending quite a bit on the self- serve copier, I was ready to cry! Anum and Montay were so helpful when I was panicking about an upcoming event and getting the printing just right. They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued.
