Very off putting and I think one of them was an owner, which is sad if it's true!! but won't be back and will promote others to not go, no one especially in an area they live in should be made to feel like businesses in their area operate with this aggressively direct and disrespectful customer service approach.

That kind of experience makes wine shopping feel much more personal and enjoyable. I think this place has so much potential. During my visit, not all of the featured rosés were available to taste, and the sample pours were just a couple drops. If the sample pour were similar to what I've experienced in other wine shops, I believe it could've provided a fuller experience to select a wine. I also would have loved to hear a bit more about each wine while tasting. Overall, I still think this is a convenient wine shop, and with a slightly more engaging tasting experience and customer service, I easily could have walked out with multiple bottles.

All were excellent choices. In celebration they are also offering a curated "Better Than Cake" birthday box of 6 wines. You can also get a "Rosé Bouquet" box right now featuring 6 bottles of rosé. I was looking for a specific beer and he relayed they were out. I kept looking for others I might have tried but ended up asking for something similar to the beer I was looking for. He made a recommendation and I purchased that beer. Later, When I ask chilly drink the beer, it was a good recommendation. A young man working appeared to be intoxicated as he was slurring his speech while asking to help me, and the way he interacted with me was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable as a customer. Regardless of what was going on, customers should be able to shop without feeling uncomfortable or intimidated as he was pushy to sell me on stuff or get me to try something. I felt bad for the other associates at the store as they made eye contact with me with the look of I'm sorry and as I checked out I got the sense the employee at the register was embarrassed and disappointed as I would be too as this person who is obviously a manger and boss of sorts to the other employees.
