Cute store, wrong energy. I was there for over 10 minutes and not one person approached me. They acknowledged I existed, sure, but that's the bare minimum. For a store selling spiritual tools and calling itself a sacred space, the vibe was anything but. When I finally walked toward the register, THEN someone asked if I needed help. Too little, too late. I came to you, not the other way around. The items are beautiful. The prices are steep. And the service does not match either one. If your store is built around intention, healing, and higher energy, that has to show up in how you treat the people who walk through your door. It didn't. I walked in the other day because I smelled incense and it looked fun to browse. The girl working there was so friendly and helpful when I asked about loose leaf teas. She brought many varieties and explained why she recommended each one. I ended up buying the butterfly pea tea because it's quite hard to find locally and who doesn't want a beautiful blue tea?! She wrapped the tea so beautifully in a bag with tissue, I will go back and buy teas as gifts. They have crystals and books, also a little cafe inside the shop. For some reason the sign caught my eye and I really needed a positive sign today. So, decided to park and go in. The store has a wonderful energy. I walked in and finally felt like I could take a nice deep breath for the first time in a long time. Sadly, I was a little rushed for an appt but will be going back later today for explore. They have so many things to look at and they even have a design your own intention bracelet bar which is exactly what I need in my life! I love this store! Something that sets it apart is the quality of items. So many of these types of places either don't have high quality pieces OR the people working there don't know much. Spiritually Bold has the best ladies working there! They are a joy to shop with and are incredibly knowledgeable about all things spiritual. My personal favorite part of this store is the Bead Bar. You can design your own crystal bracelets. The bracelets I've purchased here are my fave and have held up better than pieces I've bought in Sedona. My sis and I were rushing around this shopping center, trying to find a lost item, but we were compelled and stopped here for a minute. I saw angel number jewelry through the window and said maybe we'll come back later. She said let's go now, yay! She makes it feel like Christmas every day and kindly bought me a 444 ring with a heart. I started seeing these numbers everywhere in my 20s (before Google!) and years later would read that it's an angel message that they're saying hello and trust their guidance. By far, the most amazing metaphysical boutique in the Valley. The energy is clean and amazing. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They remodeled since the last time I was there and have this really cool bracelet bar. It looks like they added a bunch more things to their inventory like sprays and healing oils. There was so much to choose from that my friend spent literally a half hour looking through it all. They even did something called smudging to her. Not sure what that was about but she loved it. I've been to all the other crystal stores in town and none of them are as light and bright and positive as Spiritually Bold. I always wonder if the crystals are real and so I was talking to the owner about it and she showed me the certificates saying the stuff is real and not glass like what's at that other store in town. Not only is their stuff high quality, it's also reasonably priced. I check in a Spiritually Bold at least twice a month because they are always adding new things. I bought my girlfriend her Valentine's gift from here- a Buddha statue and a copper meditation ring- and she loves both! Very helpful staff who will assist you in finding the perfect gift. Great if you're looking for a present for your significant other- they will love it. I was impressed with the selection. This store and the staff are amazing. Kasha was very attentive to each customer who came into the store. She took time to listen to my needs and what I was looking for. I shared about a deep personal loss and an upcoming anniversary of that loss. She immediately shifted me towards more appropriate crystals and smudging bundles. She even let me take a video of her demonstrating how to use the smudging bundle! (Note: not more expensive, not more items, simply more appropriate for my situation.) Today my boyfriend and I stopped in the store to take a look. I spoke to the owner who was there and told her I just bought my boyfriend a singing bowl for Christmas and I had wished I knew she was located there I told her I had found the bowl on Etsy and we loved it. She tells me that those are fake bowls and we needed to watch out and asked me how much I paid for it right in front of my boyfriend. I just told her I bought this for a Christmas gift! She told us well at least it's good for beginners. The entire time in the store she was rude and only cared about making us feel downgraded. This lady is rude and obnoxiously egotistical. My boyfriend has a pretty deep understanding of the powers of healing stones. He did not say anything in the store but felt like she was treating him like knew nothing about it without ever asking. I stopped in the store today around 3:20. I was beckoned to enter by the beautiful displays I could see through the window. I was not greeted by the girl in the shop who didn't even look up the whole time I was in the store. I saw many things I would have purchased but the vibe was filled with negative energy so I left. I was the only customer in the store! Here's I tip from someone who's been successful at sales. I'm old so I can dish out some advice. I drove 30 minutes to get here because on the phone i was told they open at 11:00 am Monday - Friday, when i arrived a sign said they open at 12:00. I preceded to wait an hour and 15 minutes until they opened as i needed to buy my friend a gift before work. They still were closed 15 minutes after 12. They deserve zero stars. So unprofessional. The owner is a scam artist sells fake crystal and says they are real along with buying crystals from micheals and selling for three times the price. Before buying a ring I asked if it would turn my finger green she told me it was real silver and diamonds, stupidly I bought it for $50 a week later my finger was green. The owner is so rude after telling me a small piece of clear treated quartz was super rare and that was why it was $60 I said I didn't want it and offered to put it back she gave me a dirty look before saying she had to cleanse it. The front desk girl with the curly hair is so nasty. Does not welcome you in and is soooo rude when asked questions. One of the workers Amber is the only saving grace of the store I only go when she is working because everyone else is so rude. Amber makes up for the nasty attitude of the other workers. read more

About a year ago, I purchased a chakra lava stone bracelet from this fine stores' original location in Scottsdale. I really didn't think much of it, other than I really enjoyed its looks, although my good friend and the owner felt otherwise. In addition to the bracelet, I bought some "golden oil" the owner had mixed up as it promoted good fortune and health. At the time, I was approx. $16k in debt and living in an overpriced "luxury" apartment that was anything but. I wore the bracelet daily, and added the oil weekly to the stones on the bracelet. After 2 weeks of this, things got a little crazy. I was given an opportunity to get out of all my debt, I qualified for a house at $300k and to top it off, I was promoted to director level and given a fairly sizable raise at my job all within a month. Call it fate, karma, woowoo, or what have you, these things happened to me and is too much not to have been brought about by good thoughts and a little help with channeling via the bracelet and oils. I have become a permanent customer and friend to the owner and employees of the shop these days and visit as often as I can for the new items they offer. read more

After at being at many crystal shops from the OC/LA area and visiting Arizona, I was disappointed by the attitude and energy in this shop. I had high expectations, however, after returning to exchange a crystal just bought, one of the employees had a sour attitude towards me and when I picked out my crystal, then said that I "needed it" and it would help my throat chakra. I already knew the purpose of this crystal, but I think the condescending passive aggressive comment was totally unnecessary. Wont shop here again:) read more

Not sure what to say here. Cute shop but terrible customer service. One of the owners who was working the shop was bemoaning the demise of retail while we were there and we heard and understood their plight. While shopping around in a small, cluttered space my 72 yr old mother bumped a shaky display that had a cheap ceramic jewelry display hand on top that was not for sale. It fell and broke. We ended up buying a couple of artisan key chains. At check out owner insisted on charging us 40.00 for the cheap ceramic hand. We were willing to pay her for the damage but were disappointed with the over charge and the way she handled us from a customer relations standpoint. At the end of it, she offered us the broken hand to take home as a "memory." We won't forget the experience - kind of ruined our Scottsdale vibe - and we won't be back. read more

I go in here a lot and I love it, I've been to other shops in Scottsdale but this is the one I always find myself returning to because I love the products and employees so much! I've only had one negative experience with an employee named Amber. I asked her if she could do a reading of my birth chart because she said she was an astrologist, and she said yes, and how this is a service she normally charges for but she would do it for me for free. I obviously wasn't going to allow her to do it for me for free, so I payed her anyways, she followed me on Instagram, and she was supposed to dm me her analysis when she was finished. Fast forward about 2 weeks, and I still never got my reading and I was ready to go back in and restock my incense. She was working the next time I went in (which was very awkward since she took my money and never gave me my reading), and she apologized and said she would give it to me now in the store, and proceeded to analyze my chart in front of a bunch of customers, which made me very uncomfortable because it was very personal stuff. I was kind of embarrassed and was just trying to shop and I was expecting to be able to at least sit down and listen about it instead of getting a reading from across the store. I was kind of shocked by how unprofessional she was because of how great the other employees have been, but I just shrugged it off. Next time I went in, I told Jody about what happened and she handled it amazingly and accommodated for what happened. I was very impressed on how they handled the situation, and I'm not sure if the girl that took my money still even works there. After that experience, I was unsure if I would ever return, but I really appreciated their compensation for what happened.
