Then they said it wasn't their problem and I as the tenant needed to contact the HOA again after a month of inquiry. There was no HOA the email bounced back. Then the tenants were told they needed to provide MORE pictures to the head of maintenance again of the issue despite the listing agent taking pictures for POM, the plumber provided pictures, the maintenance person took and provided pictures and the head maintenance had visited the property 2 days b4 move in and should have pictures. We asked for a decrease in rent for the ongoing issue and/or a phone call. Head of maintenance said it wasnt POMs fault so no decrease. I said well it certainly was not OUR FAULT. We received an email from Melissa to end the lease no conversation. Which we happily took. And from move in to move out ~ 20 days of communication there were more than 86 emails for submission and system response to maintenance requests and over 40 texts. Meld is the system and its terrible. I would not recommend this property mgmt in any way. I forgot we were forced to take an earlier move in date and then attend to no less than 4 different plumbing appointments on our time and dime that all should have been taken care of in advance. And no staff accountability.

Craig has been our inspector a few times over the 5.5 years we have lived in our rental property in Millersville. He is always genuinely interested in the proper functioning of all house matters including electrical, plumbing, the gas fireplace and all appliances. I actually look forward to our 6-month inspections because any minor issues that need PCF's attention are promptly addressed and resolved. Earlier this week, we had 2 appliances break. The first one was replaced within 48 hours and the second one is currently in the process of being replaced. The rental property we live in is 25+ years ago and a few things are becoming problematic, but PCF always communicates a resolution.

During the snowstorm, trash piled up around the property and it took days for them to BARELY plow. I have had management rudely call my phone inquiring about lease renewals on a Sunday without sending communications via the rent portal or email. The Amazon storage box was broken for quite some time. They have mishandled packages; giving me other tenants packages and telling me they don't have packages I know for a fact were delivered but they've misplaced. The front doors to the buildings don't close, the hallways aren't clean or wreak of animal urine, the common facilities can't be utilized by the tenants because there is no access control and outside individuals have managed to gain access and set up personal training sessions in the gym we pay for, to name a few things. As of right now, I have been without gas and electricity for over 24hrs. This initially transpired on March 10, 2026 about 9:30pm. It's currently March 12, 2026 12:14am. There has barely been any communication. It has only affected the building I live in. The maintenance emergency line was contacted immediately. No one from maintenance was dispatched or returned a call within the 30 minute window I'm told they have to respond to emergencies; instead they waited until they resumed office hours March 11th at 9am to address the issue. All of the food in my refrigerator has soiled and I have no gas to cook because I was informed that on a gas stove, the pilots were electric.

Being a tenant of Murn Management was the most hellish experience I've ever had. To be extremely honest, it was a very emotionally abusive environment to endure.
